They kinda open when the sign says, and they sometimes stay open until closing time. Or they may stay open way past closing time. . . . hope that explains mountain time. We arrived promptly when they opened but it was still completely dark inside (obv not open yet). So we waited a few minutes. About 10 minutes after their sign says they open a lady arrived and opened the front door. So I got out of my car and headed inside the store. As I walked in she vanished inside the store, so I said, "hello??" The lady rudely responded with, "We're not open yet." So I just said, "well what time do you open at? It's already 8:15."
