I tried for a few minutes to make eye contact with the person at the register before saying something because I didn't want to interrupt the transactions. I was very clearly showing excitement about looking at the rings and smiling. I even told the person checking out "sorry to be right here these rings are great!" And the woman at the cash register didn't look at me. She even started placing the bags right over where I was looking despite there being plenty of room on the other side. I felt very unwelcome and then looked at the person with me and said never mind it's okay we can go! And the cashier said to everyone around me "so impatient. So impatient" several times. You'd think they'd want to encourage excitement over their items, or at least say hi! I was trying to be respectful of their interactions. This person should not have a person facing job. I never leave negative yelp reviews but this was unbelievable. I was ready to spend a decent amount of money on some new rings but will never be back thanks to the rudeness and inhospitality. It's SO easy to be friendly and kind. There's other cute boutiques and stores - avoid this one!
