To make matters worse, the person on the phone told us not to leave a 1-star review just because they offered to fix it. That's not how good customer service works. Instead of owning the mistake and offering a refund, they doubled down by saying they gave us *more* candy than advertised--as if that made up for the sloppy presentation.
