Ive been a frequent customer of Cafe Santorini's for some time now but it was my first time actually renting out their venue space Rococo Room this past weekend. It was for an engagement party.... that my husband and I turned into a Surprise wedding! So given that this is a surprise wedding, I couldnt really ask my friends or family for help. Lets start with the person in charge, Charlotte. Whom is the event manager. She is AMAZING. She took time to sit down with me and arranged each menu item, how I want things set up down to the very last voltive candle on the cocktail bar table. She is extremely sweet and also very professional. Kept things simple for me to make my job a lot easier and less stress! Which is exactly what I needed! She was there the day of the party just to make sure everything looked great and was arranged the way I wanted it. Gabby, Brian and Matthew (one more that starts with an S i cant remember) were our bartenders and servers. They too, were amazing. I told them about the surprise wedding about an hour before the event and they loved the fact that they can contribute to the surprise! The bartenders were extremely friendly, Gabby even came to the back of the room to help me change into my "white" dress before I walked out. Thank goodness she was there to help me zip! Matthew and S walked around the whole night with hor'derves and apps with such big smiles and warm welcoming vibes. The venue in itself is great. Super spacious with high high ceiling, lights that dangle down to give this soft romantic look, spacious area to create a dance floor wherever. The food is amazing. I had a lot of food items, and all were great, but some that I heard lots of compliments from were the Lamb lollipops, sliders & fries, tuna tar tar, shrimp skewers, the brownies and cupcakes etc. Everyone was extremely pleased with the food. Rococo room provides a ton of AV equipment if needed, such as mic's, speakers, lighting etc. The venue is located on Union street, so it actually faces the street where cars drive by, people walk by all the time and can see through the window. So it was so helpful that there was a security guard there at our door, to make sure no party crashers came and ruined anything. Theres a lot of parking available, in specific across the street is a big white building that charges $7 for parking. Its worth it because all you got to do is park, walk across the street and youre at the venue! Just super happy with how everything turned out and occurred so smoothly. Thank you Rococo Room for making this day such a magical day to remember forever. #MeetTheStreets

From the initial contact with Stefanie, to the coordination beforehand, and finally the day of the event. All went smoothly and Stefanie was very informative and accommodating. Great price as well. We had almost 80 people show up and this was a great space for it. The building is so beautiful and although old, was in great shape. The chairs and tables were in good shape and the kitchen was nicely renovated. The projector and sound system was easy to figure out as well since everything was well-labeled. The parking lot is tight, but not an issue as there is ample parking in front and near the venue. I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a venue that can fit 100 people max (its capacity)!

You are responsible for your own table cloths, or you can rent it from them for an additional price. There's a kitchen that you can use, the bathrooms are clean, and there's plenty of parking inside. The venue can host 100 people, but it will be very tight with that many people. We had about 80 people (including kids) at the event, and though it felt tight, at least the kids were able to hang outside to enjoy the bouncer. I rented the afternoon time frame, so we were given the venue from 2:30-9PM. The only thing that I found weird was that there was absolutely no attendant available at the end of the night. Overall, a decent place to rent a venue if you wanna DIY things yourself.

The territory is incredibly well maintained, with huge mature trees, beautiful flowers, fountains, mini waterfalls, and small ponds where you can see fish and turtles. There is also a lovely grassy area in the center where you can sit, relax, or have a small picnic. Geese walk freely around the gardens, and colorful parrots fly overhead, adding even more charm to the atmosphere. In April, the garden looks especially stunning -- the pergola and trees are in full bloom (I wish I remembered the names of those gorgeous flowers!), and the whole place feels alive and magical. Honestly, this garden is beautiful in any season of the year. You can come here with dogs, which is a big plus, but it's important to respect the property rules: pets must be on a leash, owners are responsible for cleanup, professional photography requires a permit, and activities like skateboarding, drinking alcohol, or organized sports events are not allowed. These rules help preserve the calm and cleanliness of the space. There is also a secondary school located on the property, which adds to the unique character of the place. Parking-wise, we were able to find free street parking nearby without any issues. This is a perfect spot to slow down, enjoy nature, and escape the city noise for a while. Highly recommended for a peaceful walk or a quiet moment surrounded by beauty.

When I called and/or texted Natalia, she responded right away. She and the entire team were just hands on and extremely helpful. The facility was so clean , the 5 restrooms, bar area and full kitchen were ready to use. Renting the tables, chairs and linens directly from them was stress free and so convenient. We held my Mothers repass here and it was the perfect space to gather with my family and friends. Once the reception was over and all my guest had left the venue we did clean up. However, Natalia told us that wasn't necessary to do because their staff would come in to put everything back in order for their next event. And, let me tell you she did just that. I had a few items that I had to retrieve the following morning and upon my arrival the staff was already there and they had it literally refreshed and SPOTLESS!!! I would highly suggest and recommend everyone to host any of their special events here. Allow them do what they do best, which is ensuring you and your guests have a GOOD TIME !!! Thank you again Natalia and Team at THE GOOD TIME VENUE!!!

A huge part of that was due to the flawless execution by the entire Noor team. From the sales staff (Stefany) to the event manager to the on-site staff the day of (Gillian), everyone was professional, kind, and went above and beyond to accommodate our many requests. They were especially patient and warm with our guests, which made the experience even more special. I actually found Noor through a quick Google search and initially worried it might be out of budget, but once I toured the venue, I knew it was the perfect place. The Ella Ballroom comfortably fit our 100 planned guests and provided the perfect setting--elegant and intimate. Although I didn't get to try the food myself (too busy hosting!), our guests raved about the buffet: creamy seafood pasta, pasta pomodoro, and chicken toscano. So I know it had to be good! We also gave the bartenders a few custom drink recipes, and not only were they able to make them with all the right ingredients--they were sooo good! The bartender was quick, efficient, and even delivered drinks to seated guests during the program, which was such a thoughtful touch. I highly recommend Noor for any special occasion. Thank you to the entire team for making my dad's retirement celebration so memorable!
