    This place is a gem! It's so beautiful and the food is so delicious! The amount of compliments on the fooddddd. It's affordable and Anna is a sweetheart! Truly a nice place to host intimate gatherings and eat!! Loved loved it and the owner is nice. Will most likely host something here again :)

    I just celebrated a milestone birthday at Pinocchio's Banquet (vintage room) and I could not be happier or more satisfied! I previously attended a shower here and knew it was the perfect size for an intimate gathering. I called and spoke with Armen and scheduled an in-person meeting. When we met, I got my questions answered, went over the event details and I paid the deposit. I was told someone would contact me one-two weeks before the event for final headcount and to finalize menu. As promised, about a week and half before my event, I heard from Gisela by text. She introduced herself as my point of contact fir day-of, asked that I provide a few specific details to begin preparing and we finalized the menu. I appreciated communicating by text because everything was in writing and we could both refer back to it as needed. On the day of, I arrived early and Gisela came out to greet me and asked me for the table linens and napkins (which I decided to rent elsewhere at a more affordable price) and promised that as soon as the party before mine cleared out, she would let us know so that we could begin setting up. From beginning to end, Gisela went above and beyond!! Anything and everything we needed and asked for, Gisela took care of quickly, with ease and with a smile on her face. As the hostess of the party, it felt good to have somebody dependable to lean on, which allowed me to relax and really enjoy myself. I also decided to hire my own bartender to avoid having my guests walk into the main dining area of restaurant to order their drinks. This meant I had to pay the restaurant a fee and hire a bartender at an additional cost, but it was well worth it to provide that intimate ambiance I was going for. The food options we chose were all quite delicious and everyone enjoyed everything. I also went for simple decorations yet everyone complimented how elegant it looked because the space is already so beautiful. The customer service was exceptional - thank you Armen, but especially, Gisela who is an absolute superstar! I highly recommend this space and hope everyone has as amazing an experience as I did!

    We recently celebrated here at the vintage room for 42 people. (Keep in mind there are two venues plus Pinocchios, so you have options!) I visited the bigger venue and it looked beautiful as well. Your first contact is Armin, who will give you a quote and basic information about the venue, menu, parking, etc. He was great, although communication with him could be just a little better because we didn't get answers sometimes on more specific questions. After you reserve the venue your server will contact you 1-2 weeks before your party, and he/she will answer all the questions and requests you might have. This includes questions relating the menu items, table setup, seating arrangements, music, decoration, etc. In our case, our server was PRINCESS and I can honestly say, she was amazing and the best person you could hope to get to help you organize your party. She was nice, responsive, and so professional. We kept bugging her but she always kept a great attitude and a big smile. The venue looked beautiful, elegant and clean. Again, all of it done by Princess. She's just the best! We picked the Italian menu and food was great all around. 4.5 stars! Food was more than enough and nobody left hungry.

    I just celebrated my daughter's college graduation at Pinocchio's Pizza. I was so lucky they had availability given that I sort of booked last minute. Armen was very patient and accommodating and then Sophia took over as my point person and she was just as awesome! The back and forth communication is the kind everyone wants and appreciates when having an event to make sure all the details are just right. Sophia even sent me a picture of the final set up the night before, which I was truly grateful for. I showed up with my table runners and centerpieces the day of and did nothing else because the staff had the rest handled. I did arrange for a balloon backdrop to be delivered and set up, which again, Sophia accommodated and left room for because we had previously discussed it. My guests kept complementing my choice of venue. It was chill (the vibe my daughter wanted) but still elegant (what I wanted). I would, and plan to, absolutely host another event here, no question about it! Thank you again to Armen and Sophia, and the rest of the staff, for making my daughter's day so special and the planning process so easy for me!

    What a great experience celebrating my wife's 50th birthday party. My compliments to the waitresses and a big shout out to the chef. Also I would like to compliment the management for accommodating our large group. Nothing but good reviews from everyone.

    I celebrated my wedding ceremony & reception in the vintage brick room on August 24, 2023. My experience was the best. My server Jennifer did an amazing job at setting up the tables and plates and I was beyond thankful to be able to decorate the day before my event. On the actual day Jennifer did an amazing job at being attentive to all my guest. Food and drinks were very delicious. All my guest enjoyed their time. Communication between us was very good any questions I had they responded promptly.

    Celebrated my Goddaughters Baptism and 1st Birthday here this weekend with 70 guests. Armen and his team provided the best customer service ever. From the initial booking to the day of, his team went above and beyond to make this day perfect. The venue itself is absolutely beautiful. The Vintage Room matched our theme perfectly and needed minimal decor. His team took care of everything from the set up, tableware, linens, clean up and food. The room AC was nice and cool on a hot summer day with all 70 of our guests. Armen also allowed us to bring live music which was a plus. I can't thank you Armen and your team enough for making this day so special. We will definitely be planning future events here.

The venue can host 100 people, but it will be very tight with that many people. We had about 80 people (including kids) at the event, and though it felt tight, at least the kids were able to hang outside to enjoy the bouncer. I rented the afternoon time frame, so we were given the venue from 2:30-9PM. The only thing that I found weird was that there was absolutely no attendant available at the end of the night. Overall, a decent place to rent a venue if you wanna DIY things yourself.

The territory is incredibly well maintained, with huge mature trees, beautiful flowers, fountains, mini waterfalls, and small ponds where you can see fish and turtles. Geese walk freely around the gardens, and colorful parrots fly overhead, adding even more charm to the atmosphere. In April, the garden looks especially stunning -- the pergola and trees are in full bloom (I wish I remembered the names of those gorgeous flowers!), and the whole place feels alive and magical. Honestly, this garden is beautiful in any season of the year. You can come here with dogs, which is a big plus, but it's important to respect the property rules: pets must be on a leash, owners are responsible for cleanup, professional photography requires a permit, and activities like skateboarding, drinking alcohol, or organized sports events are not allowed. These rules help preserve the calm and cleanliness of the space. There is also a secondary school located on the property, which adds to the unique character of the place. Parking-wise, we were able to find free street parking nearby without any issues. This is a perfect spot to slow down, enjoy nature, and escape the city noise for a while. My wife found the most amazing property in California. Probably the closest thing to a castle in all of America. Even more of a castle than Hearst's castle. Both of our families came and stayed for the weekend. I devised a mystery puzzle game which was accommodated and accentuated by the venue because of all the rooms and places to hide. The Wifi is great, the beds are comfortable, and the kitchen is the best place to hang out and be with family. The only thing that is tricky are the roads and the volume levels. There is no cell service in some areas while driving but you just need to be aware of this and come prepared with a pre printed map just like in 1999. Its very easy to take a wrong turn and up on the Rim of the World. Full disclaimer for weddings: Don't do it here. Its not because the venue is bad, its because of the neighbors and the location. Parking is a nightmare if you have any more than 7 cars. There is no designated lot and the garages are off limits due to storage. So if you park on the street on Sycamore, you are good as long as all your tires are on asphalt. The sound. Keep in mind this house is in the middle of a quiet forest. you can hear sound travel very easily so when windows are open and there is a party, everyone around can hear it for miles. Also, the house is huge, and maze-like. If you have ever played the first Resident Evil and gotten lost a few times you know what I mean. All in all this place is amazing, but do not get your expectations too high for a wedding or an event. Its a huge property in the middle of a forest, of course its hard to get to, of course there aren't enough bathrooms on the ground floor. Of course there are going to be minor inconveniences. IT'S A CASTLE. IN THE FOREST. The people who built it went bankrupt. We should all be so lucky to get to enjoy this wonderful property! I want to specifically recognize Adriana, who was my point of contact throughout the process. She was incredibly responsive, friendly, professional, and genuinely tried her best to help whenever issues arose. Unfortunately though, my overall experience was frustrating. Information was provided in bits and pieces, and several important details were communicated only weeks before the event. When I initially booked the venue, I was told the rental included tables, chairs, linens, napkins, china, glassware, and cutlery. Later, I was informed that bar glassware was not included, champagne glasses were unavailable, and only disposable dessert plates and forks would be provided. For a venue that hosts weddings, birthdays, graduations, and other special events, these are items I would reasonably expect to be available. If I wanted to have disposable plates and cutlery, I could have chosen a much less expensive location and simply rented tables and chairs while using disposable tableware. After considerable back-and-forth with both the owner and Adriana, I was eventually able to have champagne glasses ordered for an additional charge. The same happened with the dessert plates and forks. While these issues were ultimately resolved, dealing with them so close to the event created unnecessary stress during an already busy time. The venue itself could also benefit from a deep cleaning. The grout around the dance floor area was visibly dirty. When I pointed it out, I was told they only do a sweep and mop the floors. A more thorough cleaning would make a significant difference in the overall appearance of the space. My final concern was the valet service. Guests were charged $16 for valet parking, yet when my son and I arrived, we were directed to park the vehicle by ourselves. I have never encountered a valet service operating that way, and it left me confused about what exactly I was paying for. I am not sure if this was the same with all the guests who valet parked. I am sharing my experience so future clients can ask detailed questions and understand exactly what is and is not included before booking. Adriana's efforts are the reason I am giving two stars instead of one.

It was a fun and great party. They have many different amenities from tables/chairs, kitchenette with mini fridge, microwaves, credenza & wooden backdrop. Just to name a few. You can bring your own food/beverages and also they will help you clean up. Prices vary depending on the occasion/event. They range between $150-$300 an hour. Weekends can be just a little more expensive. They brought a taco truck and were able to cater and set up in the outdoor space. Everyone had a blast both times that I was there.
