Prices seem reasonable and the volunteers working there are very friendly and keep the aisles organized. There is a lot of parking around the building. Also, it is a highly rated organization that gives their profits practically all to their programs. There is also a little craft shop where one can purchase hand made local crafts by the senior citizens of Reno. Profits from this little corner go directly to the craftsperson. It's free to display for purchase for 90 day increments. Lovely idea.

Their pricing is how a thrift store should be and they even offer discounts on certain days/items. I went in here over the weekend and was pleasantly surprised at the amount of stuff I got for the…read moreprice, but I was a little put off because they don't have a dressing room and they don't take returns so you're kind of stuck with what you buy when it comes to clothing. Also, a number of the clothes were missing. Price tags, but because of the sale that day it was a good deal. I decided to take my mom in the next day as she had never been there. We were greeted by being told that the store was gonna close in a few minutes, but they don't even have their hours listed. We rushed along and me and my mom bought some of the same tops. I had bought the other day because as it turns out the original ones didn't fit. Then when we go up to the counter, the tall older gentleman behind the counter greeted us rather rudely. I don't know if he had some type of facial tick or if he just looks like everybody pisses him off but he starts calling out seven to every item of clothing. When I questioned him about the prize, he said that was because they do 50% off on everything on the weekend but today it was only a certain sticker item. Considering they don't even have stickers on their items. I also found that to be ridiculous, but what really pissed me off. Was the fact that. Even if they weren't 50% off, he was quoting us a completely different price for the original price , I got the other day when I asked how much they were. I guess they just price it however they feel and it depends on who's working that day. I'm surprised this is supposed to be a gospel thrift store because this guy belongs working in a pawn shop with his attitude and deceiving his customers. I will pray for your lying thieving ass and what could've been two return customers Won't be anymore. I ended up overpaying for your clothing and buying my mom's as well but the more I thought about it the more I wish I would have pushed the matter that he was charging more than his other employee was the day before even without the discount but I didn't want to make my mom feel uncomfortable as he was doing that already.
