I can't speak about the range that might be fine but the gun counter manager is incompetent and arrogant. "He" or "she" not sure it's pronouns but "the manager" was helping me the day prior with a trade in. I told they/them I was on the range USA website and was given an offer of 390.00. It told me best it could do was 350.00 with seeing the rifle. I returned the following day and met with a "senior sales associate" that has never heard of the very obscure and rare weatherby rifle. He gave me a quote for the rifle at 300.00 so I chuckled and asked can you talk to someone because I just talked to a guy that told me to bring it in and he could get me more but he had to see it. The senior sales associate walked away for 2 seconds and came back and told me that was the best he could do. He said the website usually can give more than they can and said if I'd like to I could speak with "the manager" so I walked over he looks up from his phone and laughs in my face "I told you what I could give you yesterday day bud" looks back down and finished his statement to his staff and walks away. I'm not sure how range USA does business but it seems like they have an ego problem there or maybe just a case of poor management. I will say there was an older man that had a medical emergency a few minutes after I arrived and the whole staff went into a complete meltdown panic. I hope you take my experience and stay far away.

Explained everything we needed to do (and not do) thoroughly and with intent. Once we stepped into the range, Soni was there to guide us through the machinations of what was just explained to ensure that we were proceeding cautiously and safely. The firing experience was excellent. So much trepidation before pulling the trigger for the first time. But my wife and I both eased in, respected the equipment and environment and followed Soni's recommendations as far as grip, stance, etc. We both shot a .22 and a 9mm and even got to walk away with our cardboard target as a memory. The bonus add-on was that if you partake in the package, they offer a 25% discount off your bill at Suds McGuires (right across the street). Different way to spend an evening and I couldn't recommend this establishment, for putting us at ease while also instilling confidence, more.

I had been in the shop for parts and pricing on fire arms in the past. On my last visit I asked…read moreTodd about CCW training and he told me he was putting together a class soon. I checked the website and signed up and told a neighbor who signed up as well. The class was pretty much an all day deal with the first half being in a classroom setting and the second half on a private range followed by a wrap up session back at the classroom. I really liked that 1) Safety is the number one priority. 2) No one was made to feel "stupid" based on a question asked and 3) at the range, attention was given based on their needs. Everyone was given helpful pointers and advice to improve or correct the handling of their firearm. Todd and his staff know their stuff and take the time to fully explain the the laws and rights of a licensed CCW permit holder. After the wrap up, there were several students who wanted to cover how to break down and clean a firearm, although this is not part of the training Todd stayed and demonstrated the process and answered any additional questions anyone had. If you are on the fence or considering CCW training, don't look any further. This is the place for you!
