The facility is located in the old Burlington Coat Factory, and there's lots of wide open space with clearly marked zones to keep folks safe. Dogs on leashes are allowed to accompany you inside, and you're welcome to bring your own folding chair. Several different ranges with targets at multiple distances. There's a practice range for beginners at a 9m distance, and you borrow the club's equipment. There are several coaches on hand, an excellent ratio actually of about 1 to 3 or four, to help you learn proper technique and maintain safety. While they have fun at this place, it's very clear that they want everyone to be safe and learn the right way to shoot a bow and arrow. You can also sign up for an individual membership or a family membership. Those are $50 and $100 accordingly. We went on two consecutive Saturday mornings at 8:30 and had such a great time with excellent coaching. We definitely got better over those two times. We decided it was now time to join with a family membership. You can earn badges once you become a member through the US archery Association and you're also eligible for discounts on equipment when purchased through the club. It's important to note that this is a nonprofit. All the coaches volunteer as do the managers who run the place. That says a lot about their dedication and commitment to the sport. There are range of times during the week and weekends that you can sign up as a member for open shoots and they also sponsor their own tournaments. Open shoots are set for Wednesday evenings and Sunday afternoons. Earning badges is usually set for Saturday afternoons. All of the coaches we encountered were super friendly and very thoughtful and providing feedback on technique for each individual. I saw a lot of families there shooting together, as I did with my son however there were also many individuals there. I can't say enough good things about this place.

Unprofessional customer service! Never attempt to do an even exchange with a brand new bow because…read morethey will accuse you of firing it and refuse return and refund once you already paid an additional $45 to ship it back to them un used! I wish I would have done a little bit more research into the reviews on this company. First off I purchased this bow for My Husband for our one year anniversary. $3200 bow is not a small amount. From the start when I was purchasing the bow, the ordering screen kept reloading which caused a glitch and the color selection kept going back to the Vektra instead of the moss green. Mind you the moss color is $100 cheaper so maybe that's the reason they don't want to exchange it and are putting us through this trouble. So that was the first problem. We received the package and that same day, we opened it and to our surprise it's in the color that I did not select so my husband was excited and disappointed. He wowed at the bow, cocked it decocked, and placed it back in the box. NEVER EVEN OPENED THE BOLTS to place in the bow to shoot ( which this bow requires a bolt to be fired) I immediately contacted the return center so we could exchange it. I was told that I would have to pay for the shipping which was $80ish and they would refund the money for the bow after their repair department inspected it. No worries since it was brand new and we didn't mess with it so there wasn't any problems! Once this was done, we could then I re-purchase the color we wanted because they did not do exchanges. The next day I sent it out through FedEx because the quicker the better for the process. I didn't hear anything for a few days, so I emailed to check in on the process and finally received a response . We were accused of shooting the bow and told that it was damaged from being shot and was not repairable and they would not refund our money and no other explanation given. I have pictures and videos from when it was first inspected on our end and the timeline of my emails and communication with the company, proving that there was no way we would've had time to shoot the bow. I'm extremely disappointed in their service and have filed a dispute with my card company. I will also be reaching out to BBB and ALL avenues of reviews. I wouldn't even give a star if I could just leave a review and save someone else the trouble. I highly recommend that if you do buy this bow by a reputable dealer that makes the return/exchange process a hell of a lot easier.
