I especially appreciate the variety of yoga props. The changing rooms are quite an upgrade as well. I had a chance last Friday evening to attend Gail P.'s yoga flow class. She is truly an amazing teacher. She can teach at Level 1 up to Level 3 with all of her poses. She keeps you very focused on alignment and breathing. Her spiritual message was spot on. I went around 7:30pm on a Sunday and it was not busy at all. The gym was relatively large and did not feel crowded. The employees were friendly and helped my partner and I with checking out the black card spa since it was my first visit after upgrading. I probably won't be back too often since it is a bit of a drive, but I have no complaints about this location and it's nice to know that it's another option if my local planet fitness is closed!
