The instructors all care so much about the kids and in teaching them dance and instilling a love for it. They have an amazing dance team and also provide recreational classes. During the COVID-19 pandemic, it became clear to me how much they they are willing to go above the beyond. They provided the kids with online zoom dance classes, challenges, spirit days, socially distant one on one dance pictures in the park, and even planned a virtual recital! This time has been so tough on kids and I really value all they have done to provide some normalcy for the kids. Normally parents are not in the room during class (there are monthly watch weeks on the studios TVs), but with classes over zoom I have gotten to watch more of the class and can also speak to what a good job they do with the insurrection and keeping the kids engaged while having fun. Highly recommend!

We do swim lessons here in the summer and gymnastics during the school season, and I can't wait for my kids to be old enough so they can attend the various night events and vacation week camps. We started my youngest at 7 months for swimming and 2-ish for gymnastics (honestly this could have been earlier, they just need to be able to walk decently well). You gotta register for things quick, however, as the spots fill up fast!

They use furniture movers to have the kids pull or push their legs for strength and conditioning as an example. After a recent meet, they realized that the girls were talking extra steps on the floor routines so they placed hula hoops on the floor and made the kids stay in them to realize their steps. Autumn is so helpful and friendly at the front desk and the coaches are very nice to the kids as well as the parents. They have welcomed us to their family and we are grateful to them. Be careful when you are selecting a local gym as you have several to choose from. This place has unripped mats, it doesn't have a known pest issue and the coaches are not grumpy and aloof to the people paying them good money! We made the incorrect choice approximately 4 years ago but it is better late then never!

I cheered here for only one official season for my last year of all-star cheer. The previous year,…read moreI was placed on a team and practiced with them only for a portion of the summer. I was going away for a month for vacation and it was part of their attendance policy that I couldn't continue being on the team due to the absences I would accumulate, which I understood. They had asked me if I was still interested when I was back from vacation though. I decided to not cheer competitively that season to focus on school. Definitely don't come here if you can't commit. It's important to attend all of the practices because it is a team sport at the end of the day. It's not fair to others on the team either which is the reason for attendance policy. One person not showing up messes up the plan for the practice & one less stunt group to work on. Cheer gyms, in general, are tough environments to be in but coaches do mean well! The coaches never have ill intent and only want the best for you. Just know that you will miss a lot of important events such as birthday parties, etc but that's part of the commitment & what you sign up for. You can't expect to go to comps and expect to win if you only put 50% effort. Mentality & simply just showing up to put in the work plays a large role... in not only cheer but life in general. I had a great experience cheering here and wouldn't have wanted to cheer anywhere else for my last year of all-star. It is very costly but rewarding sport! Competitions are super fun and I made friends with many of my teammates, who I still keep in touch with. I was at another cheer gym closer by to where I'm from (South Shore) and this gym is superior; definitely the best cheer gym in New England. People from all over NH, Maine, MA, and I've even met people from NJ come three times a week to practice.

The best thing about it was the fact that for group lessons the kids actually get teacher time. Each class has a teacher and teacher helpers, this makes it so the kids actually get taught! This is our second year back and our daughters love it, they also love the teachers, my wife is a little better at remembering names but i think our teachers are Nicole and Patricia- either way everyone there is great- When we were exploring getting our Girls into figure skating (due to their constant asking), my wife checked out a bunch of other schools at the Peabody Rink- They were all hectic and it looked like just a bunch of kids standing around, occasionally falling- This group is clearly well run bun great people who seem to genuinely care about teaching kids. It shows that they have been around for over 30 years, as my wife let me know when i was cutting the check (Which by the way was discounted for having 2 kids sign up) Pro's- Kids get plenty of time with teachers and helpers, Owner (Sally) is great, 2 hours to choose from, Not to expensive and they pro-rate weeks- Free recital at the end of the year (my Girls LOVE this) Con's- Rinks are cold and i have to sit there, when i really wanna be at home watching tv and relaxing........but hey, anything for my Girls!!!!!
