They said that oh it was coloured thats why it was DAMAGED but I heard the manager talked to the person and ask why did they left the bleach for TOO LONG. When bleaching was all done, I was trusting the process due to different stylist have their own techniques but the person who coloured my hair admitted that it was her FIRST TIME doing any colour on a customer! Imagine that being said to you during toning time. I asked for an Ash blonde and they turned grey on the bottom and brassy brown on the roots. I showed the picture and it was not even close! I have been doing balayage for more than 10 years. They gave me all different kind of reasons such as having no time left? Why take customers then if you do not have any time? After the first appointment they then proceeded to ask me to come back to fix it. I went back to the name HENRY it was the manager, On the top of that, they are not gentle and the water temperature when washing your hair is always cold and kept on changing. The salons chairs are so uncomfortable. Just don't waste your time. Do not go here just go somewhere else. If I could only give 0 star! On the photo below, the "yellow hair was the first one and I asked for an ash blonde the other photo which they "tried" turned out to fix it and make it ash blonde turned RED and they charged me $400 for ruining my hair! The next staff came in only talked in non English and change the tube to only their language. It was not nice and I was not impressed We talked about what treatment and he seam un sure. I asked for a full head of highlights and they matched my hair colour, ok i guess. The nightlights have a light caramel colour that isn't the noticable with my dark brown hair. But overall the service was good, but a little bit pricey $180 for some highlights and a 3-inch trim. Not sure if I'll come back, very expensive!
