They specialize in asian type skin and know a lot about there procedures and products. There pricing is quite fair for what you get. They start the treatment off by cleansing the face and neck. Then they will shape eyebrows (extracting excess hairs) and go to steaming the face to open pores and extract blackheads, whiteheads, pimples etc. Then they use a disinfecting system to kill off any germs. And then they will actually start the IPL treatment (doesn't hurt at all) with collagen gel.. After all that, they apply a firming mask and give you an upper body massage (head to shoulders) in total it's about an hour and a half to 2 hour treatment. They will finish off with toners and moisturizers to give you a beautiful natural glow. (you may look a little red (where the pimples were), but that goes away by morning. If skin is really bad, it's good to buy the package (cheaper) and go every 2 weeks until your skin is in good condition. Then you can spread it out to once a month or a few times a year. Enjoy!!

If you do buy packages from this business, double-check to make sure the price includes HST. --Update-- The response from the business doesn't make sense and isn't true: "you purchased our Black Friday special from outside Canada" I live in Toronto, and purchased this package while in Canada. The receptionist who dealt with this issue also told me that multiple people paid a promotional price that didn't include HST. I'm disappointed that the business didn't try to make things right, instead shifting the blame when it clearly wasn't my fault, and other customers were also affected.

Hence why I get the injection every 8 months or so. I don't know if the injector was not experienced or if the Botox was mixed with saline water to compensate for the promotional pricing but I would never go back here again.

I had purchased a Groupon for a shellac manicure. I booked an appointment over the phone. The woman…read moreon the other line was thorough, indicating the various charges for removing shellac polish off my nails, the Groupon does not cover tax, and more. She was also great in texting me a day before my appointment, providing a pleasant reminder of my appointment. The salon is located on the southwest corner of Eglinton Avenue East and Bayview Avenue. I decided to park across the street at the Metro, where there is plenty of parking. Due to the Crosstown transit construction taking place, it took me longer than I had anticipated to figure out where the front door was. I found it, which was behind all the construction fences that were set up. I was greeted promptly by both the person working at the front counter and the nail technician. They were kind. They offered me a cup of green tea. I had a wonderful conversation with Kasia, who worked on my nails. I learned so much about myself and shellac manicures. She noticed that I am warm-blooded and that my cuticles are close to my nails. As a result, when she trimmed one of my cuticles with a fairly sophisticated cuticle clipper, my baby finger bled a bit, but it didn't hurt. She also noticed that I have a high pain threshold, which is true. We talked about her issues with her iPhone. We tried troubleshooting it together. She taught me so much about shellac manicures. The best thing is to file down your nails that have shellac (gel) polish, as it won't chip as much. I took her advice and she was absolutely right. She also recommended that I apply a base coat twice. My nails had a bit of staining from red polish that I had applied weeks before my visit. I went with a pink polish. It looked nice once Kasia was done. She admitted that the colour suited me. My Groupon also included a paraffin wax and massage on my hands. It felt so good. I don't know what happened, but I managed to cut my finger and it started to bleed as I was about to head out the door. It's a good thing that I was still at the salon. Kasia managed to stop the bleeding and provided a small bandage on it. I was thankful. It is also tricky to put a bandage on nicely moisturized hands. I had an excellent experience here. I was also asked to take some Belgian chocolates from the bowl. I hope to come back here again. My nail polish lasted for well over a month, which was impressive. I wanted to test out how long I could go with my polish growing out. (7)

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE AND WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER…read more I went to my first appointment booked for 5:30pm. Since it was the first one, I thought that probably I would have to fill in some forms and I decided to arrive earlier at 5:15pm. When I arrived, the office was closed with a post-it on the door mentioning "I will come back at 5:45pm". I thought it was weird if my appointment was at 5:30pm but I decided to wait. The office is at the second floor on a building with no AC at the hallways and I did have a face mask so it was very annoying due to the hot. Then, at 5:40pm another client came and told me she did have an appointment at 5:45pm. So, when I explained to her than I had been waiting for a while she called the owner and she told her we were both there. This customer told me that she preferred calling her because the first time she went there the same thing happened to her and the owner had completely forgotten about her appointment as well. When the owner came back, she didn't even bother to apologize and she just asked the other lady to go inside instead of me who at that point had been waiting for more than 30 minutes! When I asked her about my appointment, she just told me what I was explaining was "impossible" because she did book my appointment for 6pm and that she went out at 5:30pm (seriously?! When she had done the same to the same other client on her first appointment as well? And when I had been there since 5:15pm?). In few words, after all the wait she just implied I was lying about the time of my appointment, as well as all the time I had been waiting there and she didn't even apologize. Just told me that because I did have to fill in some forms (almost at 6pm), the other customer was going first. I was VERY frustrated so I decided to find another place to go. Just a very AWFUL way to treat a customer on the first appointment!!
