We were looking to upgrade our kitchen sink and faucet, but our problem was that our sink cutout was custom. New sinks wouldn't fit without making a few cuts to our countertop. The plumbers we contacted were either really busy or really expensive (meaning they wouldn't want to do it unless it's really worth their time). His rate was competitive and it was a flat rate for the job. Through our correspondence, Elijah even downloaded the cutout template of the new sink to give us an estimate how much would be cut and what his rate would be for making the cut. On the day of the job, he came in prepared and he was very respectful of our time and space.
