SHOUTOUT TO MVP MASON! GIVE HIM A RAISE!…read more I've been to Perspire Before but I wanted to try out here since I actually came in due to a Instagram Free Session Promotion (they got me). It was nice there was a call right after I got scheduled to make sure I knew I was doing and if I've ever been to Perspire before. They made sure to go over everything in detail. Parking shouldn't be an issue as it's in a little corner of the plaza. I actually liked it a lot more than Perspire since there is a small and large size Sauna. I like that it did get hotter than Perspire and did a little bit of cardio on the bike before hand to help increase the efficiency of the Sauna. Infrared is outside and you stand there 5 mins facing both sides. Pretty easy to use. There are goggles if you need but he explained to me it's healthy for you if you close your eyes and face it as well. It's not too too bright. I love that the towel was ICE cold on this ice plate as well. Everything was awesome thanks so much for the experience.

They walked us through the facility (rooms, towel drop, water refill station, & bathroom) and showed us all of the controls in the room. The private rooms have a sauna box (?) & infrared red light outside of the sauna. The sauna maintained 140* and we were drippingggggg sweat! They have - a full towel service (dry towels to sit on & dry off with AND a chilled towel for after) - a chilled water refill station - plenty of parking - stationary bikes to get your heart pumping before a sauna session - clean rooms - bathroom - TV to watch Netflix from inside the sauna (speakers are inside of the sauna) - nice, happy staff I would've loved to hop in a cold shower right after, even an outdoor swimsuit on type rinse off. That would be a great addition if there's room to expand one day!

Absolutely LOVED my experience. From the moment walking in being greeted by Bianca, to her showing…read moreme to room #2 which is a small suite with a chair, table, tv, and sauna. Comes with a wet eucalyptus towel, one head towel, one body towel, and foot towel. She gave me 1L water bottle and explained the heat temperature settings, lighting, infrared lights, and timer. You're allowed to bring the remote into the sauna and control the tv to whatever you prefer. There are speakers in the sauna. I had my temperature starting at 135 degrees for 40 mins. That is the 'relaxing' setting, towards the end of the session, I increased the temperature to 145 degrees but it takes like 10 mins to get there. The hotter, the more sweat. I'm 5'8", I was sprawled out on the bench like a hibernating bear. It's completely private, so you can choose to go in your birthday suit or in a bathing suit. I listened and watched relaxing sounds of river water in a woodsie setting, I closed my eyes, and let my body completely relax. I also drank the whole liter of water surprisingly. Towards the end of my timer, I sat up, turned the mood lighting to yellow, grabbed the eucalyptus towel and buried my face into it. Breathing in the refreshing scent of eucalyptus. This is one of my favorite amenities in sauna type places, I'm Filipino, so nothing more relaxing than smelling eucalyptus (like Vix Vapor Rub haha)! The timer doesn't ding when it's done, it's up to you to watch it, or set a timer on your phone. I highly don't recommend bringing your phone in the sauna, I had it in there for less than 10 mins and it felt it was overheating. There's a full size mirror in the room to help you get ready. Towel drop and bathroom at the end of the hallway. I felt relaxed coming out, but I'm even more relaxed now as the day progressed, I swear this sauna has some kind of power. I feel like I got a massage or something. I'm a runner, 3 miles every other day, and this was the recovery I ultimately needed. They have membership plans, also a feature where you can add saline mist to your session, which cleanses your body throughout your day. Might hit that next!

Cucumber infused wet towel and two towels for inside for the 40 min session. Make sure to set the audio and video to sync to the studio so it doesn't blast only on the tv speaker. Accidentally turned it off and had to resync. Very clean and a wonderful session. Glad it's here and really enjoyed it.

I came here with a group of girlfriends for my friend's birthday, and none of us had been to a Korean spa before. Honestly, it was confusing from the start. There wasn't much direction on where to go, what order to do things in, how the facilities worked, or what you were supposed to do if you booked extra services. We also came with one guy and a group of girls, so we didn't realize right away that we'd all be separated. Between that, people going off for body scrubs or massages, and everyone trying to figure it out as we went, I don't think we used the spa the way it was meant to be used at all. We ended up kind of bouncing around, asking what to do next, hanging out in the common area for a bit, and then leaving. The actual body scrub/massage add-on was fine, but overall it just felt disorganized and not very beginner-friendly. I've since seen friends go back and actually know what they're doing -- using the pools, sauna rooms, eating afterward, spending real time there -- and I can see how it could be a much better experience if you know the flow. But for a first-timer, especially with a group, I wish there had been a little more guidance.

It's a full performance and recovery center with pretty much everything under one roof. Cold plunge, infrared sauna, hyperbaric oxygen therapy, red light therapy bed, PEMF, breathwork sessions. The thing that really sets them apart is how they design your protocol. Troy actually takes time to listen to what you're dealing with and then combine therapies in a way that builds on each other. I came in dealing with chronic fatigue and brain fog and after a few weeks on his recommended protocol I genuinely feel like a different person. Way more energy, sleeping better, thinking clearer. Troy and the team make you feel like family from the second you walk in. Nobody's trying to sell you anything. They take the time to explain how everything works and why certain therapies go well together. You can tell they actually care about getting you results not just getting you to swipe your card. The facility is super clean, modern, and relaxing. Easy parking which is a plus around here. The hyperbaric oxygen chamber and the LightStim red light bed are unreal. And the cold plunge into infrared sauna combo alone is worth the trip. That contrast therapy is essential. Whether you're an athlete trying to recover faster, dealing with an injury, trying to lose weight, or you just want to feel better day to day, this place has something for you. Best investment I've made in my health hands down.

From the moment I left, I felt like I was absolutely glowing. My body felt lighter, less bloated, and completely refreshed. What amazed me most was that I could actually see a difference in my body after just one 90-minute session. I noticed visible changes in my shape and overall contouring, which completely exceeded my expectations. Maricelia also highly recommends booking the 90-minute session, and after experiencing it myself, I can absolutely see why. Beyond her amazing technique, Maricelia is truly one of the sweetest people I've met. She made me feel so comfortable throughout the entire session, and we had such great conversations. She is incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything she was doing, which made the experience even more relaxing and enjoyable. I left feeling rejuvenated, cared for, and already looking forward to my next appointment. I can't recommend Maricelia enough, and I will definitely be coming back very soon!

There are 2 Revibe locations, one in Costa Mesa, and another in Irvine. I've only been to the Irvine location which is close to the John Wayne Airport. You might be asking, what is contrast therapy. Well, it's not a new phenomenon, but simply put, it's alternating between heat and cold water immersion (cold plunge) to improve circulation, reduce pain, and recover faster. Fitness and martial arts are a huge part of my life. Recovery is such an important part of such a lifestyle. Research shows that contrast therapy lessens muscle fatigue and decreases pain, swelling, and lactic acid build up following intense exercise. What I love about Revibe is that you can experience contrast therapy in a private suite that has its own cold plunge and infrared sauna. The facility is clean and they also offer a separate shower room. Pricing varies from single use to monthly memberships and packages. If you're interesting in experiencing the benefits of contrast therapy, I highly recommend Revibe OC.
