SHOUTOUT TO MVP MASON! GIVE HIM A RAISE!…read more I've been to Perspire Before but I wanted to try out here since I actually came in due to a Instagram Free Session Promotion (they got me). It was nice there was a call right after I got scheduled to make sure I knew I was doing and if I've ever been to Perspire before. They made sure to go over everything in detail. Parking shouldn't be an issue as it's in a little corner of the plaza. I actually liked it a lot more than Perspire since there is a small and large size Sauna. I like that it did get hotter than Perspire and did a little bit of cardio on the bike before hand to help increase the efficiency of the Sauna. Infrared is outside and you stand there 5 mins facing both sides. Pretty easy to use. There are goggles if you need but he explained to me it's healthy for you if you close your eyes and face it as well. It's not too too bright. I love that the towel was ICE cold on this ice plate as well. Everything was awesome thanks so much for the experience.

They walked us through the facility (rooms, towel drop, water refill station, & bathroom) and showed us all of the controls in the room. The private rooms have a sauna box (?) & infrared red light outside of the sauna. The sauna maintained 140* and we were drippingggggg sweat! They have - a full towel service (dry towels to sit on & dry off with AND a chilled towel for after) - a chilled water refill station - plenty of parking - stationary bikes to get your heart pumping before a sauna session - clean rooms - bathroom - TV to watch Netflix from inside the sauna (speakers are inside of the sauna) - nice, happy staff I would've loved to hop in a cold shower right after, even an outdoor swimsuit on type rinse off. That would be a great addition if there's room to expand one day!

I went to Irvine Spa on a Saturday afternoon, hoping for a nice, relaxing escape. The entrance fee…read morefor single access to the amenities and common area was $40, and they accept credit and debit cards. There was plenty of parking right in front, though it was quite busy when I arrived. They offer full-body massages and skincare services, and the spa itself was clean and tidy, with very friendly staff. However, once I entered, I noticed the steam room wasn't hot at all. it was just warm, with sprinklers. The Jacuzzi felt murky, and the cold plung had too much chlorine which made my eyes burn. The steam room was the main reason I came, for a warm, muscle-soothing session, but it just wasn't relaxing. I told the staff, and the manager, Asia, was extremely kind and professional. She acknowledged the issue, refunded me, and explained that over the weekend, they do keep the temperature lower to accommodate the crowd. Still, I was aiming for a hotter steam, and I believe a proper steam room should have a strong flow of steam not just a warm room with sprinklers. That said, I left within 20 minutes but I give this spa five stars because of the cleanliness, the professional staff, and especially Asia, who handled everything with care and understanding.

It's a full performance and recovery center with pretty much everything under one roof. Cold plunge, infrared sauna, hyperbaric oxygen therapy, red light therapy bed, PEMF, breathwork sessions. The thing that really sets them apart is how they design your protocol. Troy actually takes time to listen to what you're dealing with and then combine therapies in a way that builds on each other. I came in dealing with chronic fatigue and brain fog and after a few weeks on his recommended protocol I genuinely feel like a different person. Way more energy, sleeping better, thinking clearer. Troy and the team make you feel like family from the second you walk in. Nobody's trying to sell you anything. They take the time to explain how everything works and why certain therapies go well together. You can tell they actually care about getting you results not just getting you to swipe your card. The facility is super clean, modern, and relaxing. Easy parking which is a plus around here. The hyperbaric oxygen chamber and the LightStim red light bed are unreal. And the cold plunge into infrared sauna combo alone is worth the trip. That contrast therapy is essential. Whether you're an athlete trying to recover faster, dealing with an injury, trying to lose weight, or you just want to feel better day to day, this place has something for you. Best investment I've made in my health hands down.

Started cold water therapy almost 2 years ago and then added red light therapy earlier this year and the synergistic effects of the two therapies have me feeling better in my 40s then I did in my 20s, without any doubt. There are 2 Revibe locations, one in Costa Mesa, and another in Irvine. I've only been to the Irvine location which is close to the John Wayne Airport. You might be asking, what is contrast therapy. Well, it's not a new phenomenon, but simply put, it's alternating between heat and cold water immersion (cold plunge) to improve circulation, reduce pain, and recover faster. Fitness and martial arts are a huge part of my life. Recovery is such an important part of such a lifestyle. Research shows that contrast therapy lessens muscle fatigue and decreases pain, swelling, and lactic acid build up following intense exercise. What I love about Revibe is that you can experience contrast therapy in a private suite that has its own cold plunge and infrared sauna. The facility is clean and they also offer a separate shower room. Pricing varies from single use to monthly memberships and packages. If you're interesting in experiencing the benefits of contrast therapy, I highly recommend Revibe OC.
