Our realtor Harold was the best and sweetest person. We have been working with him for almost 6 years. Once I found a house I really wanted he was working hard to make it happen and he did! He is very responsive and caring. I definitely recommend going with him and his team. read more

I was a first time homebuyer and so I was pretty nervous and unsure about the process. After not having the greatest experience with my first realtor, I reached out to a friend who had just bought a house and through him I was put in touch with the Betts team. Best decision I made! I immediately felt like I was in great hands. I worked mostly with Harold but the whole team was amazing. From getting me in to see every home I wanted to see to helping me put together competitive offers that I was happy with, my experience with them was first class. It's clear that not only are they great realtors, but they are passionate about homes and homebuying. I felt like I had a wealth of information at my fingertips which made me feel super comfortable in my decisions. Thank you so much! read more

If you are looking for passion in a couple of real estate agents and their team...not just passion for real estate, but authentic and compelling passion for their clients, team, family and industry, few, if any, are more so than Barbara (aka "Barb") and Harold (aka "Harold") Betts. I have known them professionally and personally for over 7 years and their enthusiasm for not just this business, but for life itself is truly contagious. Some people light up the room, Barb transforms it. Here is the sad fact about the real estate industry: there are a lot of inexperienced agent attempting to learn the business at your expense and many adept con artists trying to make a quick buck. Barb and Harold epitomize what it is to be a talented and passionate: they care about the final outcome of the real estate experience for their clients. There are many real estate agents out there, I doubt you could do bett(s)er than Barb and Harold. read more

Do yourself a favor and hit up Danielle Fehmel - the Long Beach Realty HBIC!! She made the experience of buying our first home so easy, fun and educational. She really looked out for our best interests at all times (even while super pregnant during a global pandemic!!) and provided the best advice in a strange market! To boot, she's helped us with every random question - need a recommendation for a handyman/locksmith/pest control/ good cafe?! She's got your back! I've already recommended her to many of our friends and family thinking about moving to Long Beach without hesitation. We can't thank her enough. read more

Our lawyer highly recommended Danielle when we were selling a home during the beginning of Covid. She said we needed someone who would go the extra mile and we're so glad we went with her recommendation. It was a difficult time in my life with handling my family member's estate and crazy family, but everything Danielle was involved with moved quickly and was exceptionally well handled. Her guidance and recommendations were the best and we got a crazy amount of interest and offers for a house that was basically falling apart during a period of lockdown and uncertainty. read more

What can we say... Danielle Fehmel is simply amazing! When my husband and I were looking to buy our first home, we knew we wanted to work with Danielle based on her rave reviews and expertise. From the start, Danielle made everything SO easy. She knew as first-time home buyers we didn't know the lingo right away, so she was prepped with materials to help us through the process. She never pressured us to buy something in any way and gave us our space to find a place that was best for us. Danielle is a true professional that goes above and beyond for her clients, communicates extremely well, and most importantly, she's honest. We could always count on Danielle to deliver total transparency, even if it meant we might not buy a house at that moment. This resulted in us finding our dream home and having our offer accepted amongst 8 OTHERS! We know if it weren't for Danielle, we might not live in our house now. We have NO problem referring friends and family to her - there is no doubt she will take great care of people and do right,100% of the time. Thank you Danielle for being an exceptional agent and an even better human being!! read more

I met Melissa through a networking event. I wasn't selling at the time but I heard all the praise that came from others about her. I knew that if I was ever going to sell that she would be the realtor that I should have on my team. When I made the decision to sell I called her up and before I knew it my condo was sold. Melissa stayed on top of the details and kept me informed the whole way. If I didn't understand something she was great about explaining things. When we hit a bump in the road she went into high gear and smoothed things out and turned that bump into a positive. I knew that she had my best interest at heart and she listened to all my rants and raves about the process. Selling can be a stressful experience. Melissa helped it be a whole lot less stressful and I recommend her 1000%. read more

Had the pleasure to use The Betts Realty group to sell my mother's home! From the beginning, Barb and Harold were on point! My mom lived in her house for over 50 years. It was sentimental to her, and the Betts made it very comfortable us. Everything was first rate and professional! I will be using them again. No doubt about it!!! read more

We love Betts Realty Group! We worked with Loree Swanenberg and she is just amazing! Loree represented us on our recent purchase of a cabin in Big Bear. The seller's agent and escrow company were very difficult to deal with, so I don't know what we would have done without her. Through the whole process she was so kind and professional. We HIGHLY recommend working with her if you are looking to buy or sell in Southern California (even though they are based in Long Beach they work all over). Thank you Loree for helping us get our dream vacation home! read more

Danielle has a sunny personality that makes you instantly want to be her friend, but that is not why I chose her as my Real Estate Agent. I chose her because she is so incredibly knowledgeable in her field, and seeks out ongoing education to keep herself at the forefront of the industry. Over the last two years that we have known each other, she has educated me on so much pertaining to the Real Estate market. It was through her that I learned that my husband and I were really in a place to become buyers! Because Danielle and the Betts Reality Group run their business through the ongoing relationships that are built with clients and vendor partners, there was never any pressure. We moved at our pace, and on our schedule. She helped us hone in on what was a "must have", and what was a "wish" when it came to features and area. She got us to expand our thinking outside of the neighborhood we were in, which also expanded our options. When we found "THE HOUSE" she patiently explained exactly what each step of the process would be. She calmed me down when I got freaked out, and made it easy to understand Real Estate language in laymen's terms. She definitely had our backs! Now we are just moved into our new home. A dream that a year ago I would have told you was out of reach, is now a reality! Thanks Danielle! read more

The Betts Group is the best ! They made the process so easy and kept me informed all during the process .

My wife and I have used the Betts group a number of times. They helped us get into our current home and we are so grateful for them fighting for us to get the best house and neighborhood we could ask for. We worked with Harold and Barbra and they made the process as simple as possible, we had a really bad experience with a previous realtor that left a horrible taste and we were worried. All that went away once we worked with the Betts, anytime I need anything I always call them and refer all our friends to them. They get 10 stars! Not just 5 read more

I recently listed my home for sale with the Betts team (my agent was Danielle Fehmal). This was an extremely difficult forced divorce sale. Within just a few days I had six offers on the property and Danielle and her team walked me through everything & all offers from start to finish...making sure I chose the best offer for my situation. I cannot say enough wonderful things about this Realty Group & especially Danielle! There was never a moment that they were unavailable to answer questions or address my concerns with multiple legalities that we faced on this sale. If I reached out at 10 PM I had a response by 10:05 PM. Danielle and her team genuinely care about the service that they provide and making sure that their clients are not viewed as a business transaction. They treat you like family and ensure that the decisions you make are best for you and not them....Even if they make less money. Their priority is making sure that the choice you make is the best choice for you. Then immediately after we closed escrow Danielle found me my dream home within a couple of weeks, and shut down an open house that was taking place the next day (that I know would have caused a bidding war for well over asking.) She found the sellers "sweet spot" and jumped into action the day I saw the house I knew was meant to be my forever home. Within hours the same day Danielle got the sellers to accept my offer and took away all my fears of losing the house to another bidder. NO OPEN HOUSE!!! This company will forever have my trust and business moving forward with any real estate transactions, and I'm looking forward to using them again to find my vacation home! The Betts Team helped my husband and I sell our first home and buy another. Our house sold over the asking price very quickly. Without Harold, we would've never been able to buy the house we really wanted. He helped us (and the seller's Realtor) navigate through the nightmare. It was a short sale with a first and second mortgage, and, just to make it interesting (read: stressful), the sellers almost backed out after a lean was discovered at the last minute. Harold's positive, determined attitude and his knowledge and experience made the sale possible. I highly recommend the Betts Team! read more
