To the lady(Ms. Claus) who pointed on my face and yelled at me today: no matter what was wrong with you, or whatever we did wrong, you should not treat me, my family and my friends in that way. We made an hour appointment to tour the house (which is in the escrow and I will pay all cash for the house, you're welcome), and I intentionally invited my designer friends and my family to come to give advice, but because of YOU and your arrogant, aggressive, and disrespectful attitude, we didn't want to spend a second longer in that house. I'm the buyer, and I believe, under any circumstances, you should respect me, and not to mention your partly commission will come from my pocket. I'm in shock and distress that caused by you and your bad attitude, and my hands are still shaking when I'm typing this comment. I just can't believe how an old lady could be so nasty, and what is more unbelievable is that you are the seller's agent! If I could give them ten stars, I would. I can't say enough how incredible my experience was with Sharon Dugan, Laurinda Claus, and Belva Quigley. Sharon in particular was AMAZING in going above and beyond to a phenomenal degree. I was selling an inherited property, so I was not on site, and Sharon oversaw some intensive needed repairs to plumbing, sewage, gas line, and termite work, all while keeping me informed and up to date by phone and text at each step. It was a difficult sale process because of some issues with the house, but Karen and Maggie stuck with us and gave us all sorts of help and assistance. The first time took a few houses before we found the perfect place.
