WEBSCO's employee in question erred and failed to set up auto pay for my account as promised, then had the nerve to charge me a late fee when the bill wasn't paid. There was also a time when I was yelled at when simply reporting that my classic car had been damaged while on the storage unit's property. Can you believe that Mr. Wells didn't want to deal with any of my concerns, and instead simply referred me back to the same employee who was disrespectful? WEBSCO properties certainly didn't make me feel valued as a customer. I plan on leaving the storage facility they manage after I recover from my knee surgery. I just wanted to share my experience. That said, my experience has been almost entirely with Kelly, so she's the reason for my rating. Kelly has always been incredibly responsive, follows up quickly, and handles everything accurately. On the other hand, when I've emailed other company email addresses, I haven't received responses. I also once called with a billing issue and spoke with someone else after asking for billing, but my issue wasn't resolved at all, which was disappointing. I eventually reached out to Kelly, and she took care of it promptly and correctly. So my 5-star rating is really for Kelly. He charged me for a garden hose since I took the one I bought when I moved in since he NEVER supplied one. He deducted money to repair a wheel on a mirror closet door. By state law he is required to tell me about this during the walk through to give me an opportunity to fix it. Instead he provided a ridiculously expensive invoice of $75 for the work. In the last year or so we were blessed with Heather Eisfelder as our Community Association Manager. Once Heather became familiar with our community's concerns, she has been on it from day one. She is responsive to our needs and works in tandem with our Assistant Manager, Jane. Both Heather and Jane respond so promptly, even to last minute and after hours request. For a small community like ours, the value for our money has been worth it. I would not normally review a company like our management company...in fact I would never have thought they had a Yelp! page. What prompted this review was that during last night's meeting, Heather saved us about $50 / month on our street sweeping expenses. However, she went on to tell us that she had also identified nearly $300 in expenses that we pay per month and we do not use. For a small community of 75 homes, trying to keep dues low during this current economy, this is the kind of monthly savings that helps balance the budget and keep us out of the red. Heather also gave us other ideas on how to easily modify a rule to meet our communities updated needs. Thank you Heather and Jane! Your efforts don't go unnoticed.
