Then as I'm standing there talking to her about how she didn't have my consent to do so, she charges my card over and over for another $75.24. I asked her why she keeps charging my card and she says don't worry about the Brazilian was on the house and I did not owe anything. I confirmed multiple times before I left and she said I did not owe anything since she messed up and charged my card without my consent. She admitted to being in the wrong and confirmed multiple times that I didn't owe her anything for the wax service. Now five months later on 7/25/26 I wake up to a random charge of $75.24. I called and spoke with Kayla who said she was sorry and would reverse the charge. She remembered exactly who I was and how she messed up the first time on 2/7/26. I called again on 7/26/26 to confirm that she actually processed the refund but I spoke with another employee Sierra who told me that Kayla never processed the refund. Charging my card five months later out of nowhere and no nearing is fucking insane especially after kayla told me I didn't owe anything. I never returned to EWC after 2/7/26 so how the fuck are you gonna charge me randomly five months later. And Kayla herself told me that she had to manually enter my zip code to authorize the charge on 2/7/26. So this girl went into my account, got my zip code and entered it to charge my card. I am beyond pissed and want my $75.24 back NOW!!!!! I have filed a claim with The Department of Consumer and Worker Protection (DCWP). Kayla you are nothing but a thief!!! I am absolutely disgusted with EWC. Just horrible management!!!!! This place deserves zeros stars as Kayla is known for charging customers cards without their consent.
