During our visit it had snowed previously and the walkways and steps around the building were not yet shoveled. At all. Walking down snow covered stairs does not feel safe and there was no other way to get to the door we needed to enter. By the time we left the event, there were two people outside shoveling those stairs. So they did get to them. Parking is paid, either on-street or in one of the nearby parking structures. Large, gender specific bathrooms were by the exit.
