Range is entirely outdoors, so plan to dress accordingly with the weather. Some things to know: you must bring ALL of your own gear. That includes guns, ammo, ear/eye protection, targets, clothespins, etc. There's no office or rental area. This is definitely a range frequented by experiences gun enthusiasts (and the vast majority are male. When I went my group were the only females there. Doesn't bother me, but if you're the type of person who feels uncomfortable in that situation you might want to choose a more mainstream range). Respect the rules of the range and know what you're doing and it'll be a great experience. Don't expect anyone to hold your hand or guide you, though (unless they're in your group, then that's for you all to discuss amongst yourselves)
