First time coming here and let me say it won't be the last. The food was so delicious. I had a barbacoa taco and fajita gordita. My husband tried the carne guisada plate. Everything was so delicious. Food comes out really quick too. Red salsa and chips very good as well.

Chicken flautas and California Burrito with chili gravy and cheese added on top. 10/10

Very good with lots of food options. Everything we had was so yummy. The California burrito with the chili gravy and cheese added was huge and so good. 10/10 Definitely recommend.

Should you give a breakfast place 5 stars? Why yes you should... it it's the Ranchito in Pasadena. This place is pretty fantastic. We came on a late Saturday morning and the restaurant was hopping. We got the last parking space but only had to wait a few minutes in line for a table. Although the restaurant is extremely busy, (and loud) the turnaround is quick. We had B6 (chorizo and eggs with barbacoa) and B9 (bacon and eggs with marinated pork). Both were huge servings and both were delicious. The servers are friendly and don't stop moving! We will be back (probably next weekend).

Place really packed, the service was really good, our server was really attentive, the food was good. We came for breakfast, and it was good for mexican food. The place is a little loud but understandable because its so full.

Este lugar está muy sucio y voltra hacia las luces y se ven los cucarachas mientras estas comiendo

Best green sauce. They pack the fajita tacos full and they are awesome. Service is off, but food makes up for it.

A new favorite. Delicious food and speedy service. The homemade tortillas are mouth watering and big portions so make sure you go hungry.

Hit and miss with the food and service. They cut corners with cheap straws and low grade flour. Stop going months ago.

Everyone happy that we were eating there today. I ordered the chilaquiles plate. It was hands down the best ever! My wife ordered the huevos rancheros. She said the plate was perfect! The restaurant doesn't feel new by any means, but lived in in the best way possible. There's colorful decor, plenty of seating, and a lovely overall vibe The menu offers your typical Tex-Mex dishes; tacos, fajitas, enchiladas, salads, etc. we ordered off their lunch menu You are given complimentary chips and salsa to start. It's a tasty red salsa (no green/verde). The staff were very professional and efficient. We got our orders taken in a timely manner, the food didn't take long, and our drinks were always filled Everything tasted great. The prices are typical for Tex-mex type restaurants. But the ambiance, service, and quality are worth a stop Some tips: The interior temperature was fairly cold, and I run hot. I'm not complaining at all, more warning those who get cold easily They open relatively early (10am) everyday, but they typically close before 9pm, except on Saturdays Cheers!

Not to mention, the salsas were incredible. Three different salsas, all with a little kick, but truly so delicious for very reasonable prices. The owner came out, greeted us, answered our questions about the menu, and the food came out very quickly. While this is more of a no-frills location with not much decoration, the food and value makes this easily a 5 star review for me. Can't recommend highly enough if you are looking for authentic Mexican food.

It's a small place, so it's not ideal for large gatherings and they're easy to miss. El Tostaco Regio does not serve typical Mexican cuisine. Their food is what you would find served on the streets of Mexico. So there's no refried beans, rice or a queso plate here. Most of their dishes comes with beans and a cup of broth. Their food is served fresh, but messy. Everything they make is packed with flavor, but not overpowered by spices. The tables have three complimentary sauces you can try with your dishes. If your other party is not in the mood for Mexican, El Tostaco Regio also have burgers and baked potatoes. Their menu is bilingual, thankfully. The staff are patient and kind. Prices are affordable. I will say that their AC system could've been better, considering we're in Summer now. They only have only bathroom. Aside from a TV playing Latino music, there's no decor inside at all. My major issue is that El Tostaco Regio is NOT wheelchair accessible. That's completely unacceptable!
