My car is running like a new car and I'm really appreciative of it ,because I could've gone to a mechanic and they might've charged me a good chunkof money. So I really appreciate him. I brought him in a gift card from Starbucks and I just wanted to leave a good review. He definitely went above and beyond, thank you very much Susan Fountain

The older timers who do the machine work are great, however they have some employees who work the counter that are just awful, they treat you as if you are putting them out by coming in to spend your money there. As customer facing employees it is your responsibility to treat customers with respect and courtesy, they need your help to figure out what parts they need, customers are not professional mechanics and should not be belittled for not being so. As a former small business owner I know how hard it is to find good help, but as a business owner it's your responsibility to monitor your employees, many times when an employee has worked a job for too long they become bitter and unpleasant with customers because they are unhappy, when this happens it is time to insist that they change their attitudes or move on. G&H were up front in telling me that even if they could find it, that because of specialty parts and tools from Land Rover, they may not be able to actually fix it. The guys were very diligent in their troubleshooting and after some time, found a loose bolt on the lower end of one of the airshocks.
