Pretty cool spot with a name to match. Nice and quiet since it is on the pedestrian st, but there was some construction going during the day next door. Fun vibes, one of the neatest bathrooms I've been in. Good spot to stop in the evening, though the sun can get intense. We ordered a pizza and a couple of drinks. The White 4 Pizza (Prosciutto, artichoke, pear, honey drizzle) was delicious and perfect for the warm day. Waiter was responsive and friendly. The condition of the furniture left something to be desired as our almost 4 year old daughter sat in the chair and it almost fell out from under her because it was broken. Other than the upkeep of the place, the service was great, the food was really good, and the drink menu was expansive and creative.
Great food, abysmal service, which was too bad. This was another stop for dinner on my birthday trip. I was really looking forward to this one. We have six houserabbits, so the bunny decor was a touch I loved. The hostesses outside were very nice and professional. There is an outdoor seating area with super nice furniture that looks very comfy. I was a little early for my 5 o'clock reservation, but they let me come in and sit down about 10 minutes early. I want to make it clear that I did not expect service until opening. I had a tall table at the bar. The decor is a combination of woodsy and steampunk. Metal on the walls and a chandelier that looks like a log with branches. Two rabbit portraits just inside and tiny lights that look like fireflies covering the ceiling. The table was beautiful with a really nice little light that flickered like a candle. I don't know my server's name, it is not on the bill, and if I were him, I would be embarrassed to have it on there. Male with close cut silver hair and I believe a moustache...he wasn't around enough for me to notice much. The bartender did speak to me when i was navigating that stool. My server asked if I wanted to start with anything. I ordered a drink and he ran away. He was always in a hurry to get away. No small talk, no attempt to get to know his customer. As someone who worked as a waitress in my youth and all through college, his lack of attention was a bit stunning. When he brought my drink back, the Flower Child, which was incredible--looked and tasted like rainbow sherbet, took me back to my childhood and is now in my top three cocktails ever, he tried to run away immediately. I caught him by asking if the Wagyu burger could be made with a gluten-free bun. He said no but they could do a lettuce wrap. I told him that would be perfect and was surprised he didn't ask me how I wanted it cooked or check with me on anything else, didn't tell me what it came with. I wasn't sure he even took my order for a few minutes. The burger came out soon though to my relief. He set it down and ran away, I mean *POOF* gone. I wanted another drink. Now, I was annoyed. The restaurant was not busy. Luckily, there was a server, dark hair who was watching and she stepped toward me and let me order another drink. Original server dropped it off without speaking a word to me. Didn't ask how anything was...nothing. I wondered if this was yet another case of solo diner syndrome. You know that saying you can tell who someone is by how they treat service persons, well, you can tell a LOT about a restaurant by how they treat their solo diners. Luckily, there was nothing amiss with the meal. Wonderful salad with cute little half moon cut veggies. Fries and the dip they came with were phenomenal. Burger was tender and delicious. Guy never showed up, but I could hear him talking to the bartender behind me nearly the entire meal. Felt like I'd stepped into an episode of Vanderpump Rules. I had to get the other brunette server to get him to bring my bill. He had stopped to pick up my plate and then asked how everything was. I told him, "Finished." Then, I waited while he milled about with no bill forthcoming for a good while before I asked the other server. The lowest tip percentage was 18%. I did that but regret it and wish so much I'd hit custom and given him $5. The bill for only me was right at $100, which I never mind paying if the food and service are good... and my server was so amazing the night before, I tipped her 30%. He didn't deserve what he got. I found the other server and pulled out $10 for her help. She was so sweet and asked me if I wanted her to give that to my server. I said firmly, "No, that is for YOU." The food here is awesome and the atmosphere very cool, but the service was so bad that it wouldn't be worth it. Too bad.
Incredible Cocktails & Outstanding Bartender! Stopped by Rabbit Hole for a few drinks before picking up my wife, and I decided to sit at the bar--easily the best decision of the night. The bartender was nothing short of amazing. I asked for a surprise, something special based on whiskey or bourbon, and what he crafted was pure magic. His interpretation of an Old Fashioned was next-level--perfectly balanced, rich, and layered with complexity. You can tell he's a true professional, blending skill, experience, and deep knowledge of both liquor and liqueurs to bring something unique to life. The drink was flawless, but his passion and expertise truly elevated the experience. Without a doubt, he was the star of today's outing. On top of that, the ambiance was exactly what you'd want from a high-end cocktail spot--warm, inviting, and effortlessly stylish. If you're looking for expertly crafted drinks with top-tier service, Rabbit Hole is the place to be. Will definitely be back!

A great little hidden gem with beautifully crafted cocktails. It has been some time since I went out for cocktails, and doubly long since I was out on the town in YOW. A friend suggested meeting up for "dranks" and recommended The Rabbit Hole. Tucked away in the downtown core, The Rabbit Hole is truly a hidden gem. The cocktail menu made it difficult to choose just one. So we had a few! I HIGHLY recommend the Brown Butter Beauty. The food menu is on the smaller side, and food takes a while. While the Pizza was worth the wait, the Spiced Navy Bean & Rosemary Dip was not my favourite. Service good, attentive but not annoying. I would come back for pre-gaming but probably not for food.
The dill sauce with chips was amazing! I ended up asking for the sauce on the side of my burger and fries. I loved the burger but another friend got it and both her fries and burger were extremely cold. Parking is a mess on the weekends but overall, service was good and my meal was good.
Delicious spot for cocktails. We booked a few tables downstairs. Service was quick and attentive. I tried a few cocktails and they were all great!
The Rabbit Hole is such a neat spot! You walk in and it looks like it is a smaller quaint spot with a bar and fun decor. But then you're taken one floor down to where they have much more additional seating, another full bar, hidden booths and the decor is top notch. Apparently there is also a speakeasy and a roof top patio which I did not see. My party of 4 was sat in a cozy booth area. There was a light pendant over our table and the light bulb consistently flickered, which was rather disturbing to the eyes. We mentioned this to our server and he was very quick to resolve the issue! We were very thankful! I ordered the First Love cocktail and the Red 3 pizza minus the peppers. Everything was delicious and fresh. Service was attentive - our server was always checking in on us. I would highly recommend this spot for a date night or a fun night out with friends. Great location on Sparks Street. I can't wait to return.
Someone suggested this place from the facility my team are currently training. It's within a strip of other little bars and swanky restaurants. There's no 'real' parking, so we walked from Marriott downtown to this spot (which was about a 4 minute walk). The food portion of the menu was very limited, however they had plenty of drink options! Our waitress was super nice (I think her name was Lori? Maybe?). I ordered a Red 6 with chicken (pizza) & one of my coworkers ordered the rabbit leg (he said it tasted like chicken). It was okay, but a little pricey. I wouldn't revisit, however it was an experience.
Really good selection of drinks and food. Tables were spaced far apart and they check your temperature before you come in. Not sure if it was necessary but I made reservations on the website the day of. We ordered a charcuterie board for 2 and a couple oysters. Drinks were great. Would totally go back again and try the pizza.
This bar was fine. Basically a copy + paste of a lot of other hipster bars in the city... and this is coming from someone who loves all things craft. The drinks were fair priced and service was okay, however servers weren't well versed in their drinks at all. I will say that the atmosphere is pretty unique with their twinkly ceiling lights which were really pretty.

Special night out with my sis. Enjoyed dinner in Chinatown and came here for a nightcap. Amazing! No wait. I'd been wanting to come here for awhile. Slinked down the steps to a dark, moody speakeasy type place. Seated in a nice booth. Service was great. Attentive...friendly. Loved the lamps overhead. The bar was very cool. Very much a date spot. Can't comment on the food but the drinks are well crafted and interesting. I would recommend and would come back here in a second. I wish parking was more available but hey.. it's downtown. Parking is expensive and so were those drinks but very worth it! Music was great too. Loud and got louder as the night progressed... but this place calls for it. read more
We came to the Rabbit Hole on a Friday night for after-dinner drinks. It was quite busy so we opted for a seat at the bar. Here, we got to see the bartender crafting cocktails which was pretty cool. We ordered two cocktails, both which were delicious and, very pretty. Inside of the restaurant was warm and cozy; I especially like the mosaic flooring. read more

Had a great experience at the Rabbit Hole! Loved the restaurant's aesthetic, and the pizza we shared (White #6) was delicious! I sort of wish the menu had a bit more options, but I was still very happy with my experience and would go back. :) read more
