After…read morewaiting for the custom jeweler for about 30 minutes, I finally got a chance to speak with him. He stated that it was the second busiest day of the year due to the opening of the farmers market and that he didn't know how much we could get done. I sent my wife over to begin talking about her vision. The whole time, she felt as though she was an inconvenience. His overall tone, with me and with my wife, was that he was annoyed that we were bothering him. We proceeded but we left feeling rushed and unappreciated as customers. We ended up canceling, went to Sam Dial for the same process, and had a great experience there. I do not recommend this place. They may be for you, but they were not, and are not, for us.

The staff is friendly and the head jeweler has gone above an beyond for me with several projects (ring, bracelet) -- his craftsmanship is superb. He's funny and bright, too, but often has a lot to get done because people know his work is great so sometimes you have to be patient, especially when it's a big downtown event day and the store is packed.

I enjoy the fact that they truly only carry the highest quality stuff - you get your money's worth. I'm talking paper, tools, machines, scrapbooks, stickers, embellishments, glitter, tape, glue - everything! They even have space to work on projects. The gals are more than helpful and have more creativity and knowledge than I can handle! They are able and willing to help everyone from the best and most creative to those just starting out. They have amazing ideas and all kinds of inspiring samples to check out. (Also, they have classes for the creative-challenged such as myself. You learn a ton, they're not expensive and they're FUN!) They help me design my wedding invitations and printed them. They truly have helped me all along my scrapbooking journey - starting with the first gorgeous leather bound book I bought. Thanks to them, I've been able to save so many memories - from the birth of my niece, to my wedding day and honeymoon and beyond. I've also decorated half my house and had a few creative, cost-effective Christmases thanks to them (great ideas to keep in mind)! Keep up the good work, ladies!

They also have a rack of free maps of the area, which are great to have, especially if you're new in town. And then there's the actual merchandise. Not being a hardware store connoisseur, I wouldn't know how their prices compare to other stores, but I do know they've always had whatever I was looking for (plus some neat gadgets and accessories) at prices I was willing to pay. And the store layout is easy enough to peruse. The customer service I get here is always helpful, and the employees are all very sweet and friendly. They're never pushy, but they always offer assistance (which I did sometimes need, and they seemed more than happy to help me out). All in all, I give it five stars because it's a useful, respectable place, and I can't think of a single thing I have ever been disappointed with about this store.

This is a considerably larger store than the one we have in our town. They had basically everything a nerd could want. DND books and minis, magic cards, Pokémon, half of the store was cosplay stuff, mangas, war hammer, and other rpg and tabletop games. They had a reasonably sized play area that we could see. We intended on coming to the Friday night Magic events that they host but sadly we're unable to make it. The store was clean and the people were friendly and helpful. One of the cool features that they have is a tablet in store that you can search for cards through. You can also get the app and leisurely search at home and they will have the cards ready for pick up.
