So when I drove all the way across town to get it cut correctly, they said they couldn't cut my fabric because their were other people in line. Meanwhile I had waited in line for ten minutes with my number for my turn and the worker said since it's the holiday season we can't do custom cuts and told me they would only cut my fabric if there was no one else in line. They were cutting everyone else's fabric with some customers having more fabric than I did but refused to cut mine.

This is about the Company, not a specific store. Received $25 in rewards for shopping at…read moreMichael's. When you shop on-line, shipping is free if your order is over $49. My order came to $51 so shipping was free. However, when I applied my reward, shipping was applied. I called Michael's national help/customer service line and was told they could do nothing. I had to spend another $25 to get free shipping. I will be shopping at Hobby Lobby from now on. At least they are up front about their charges.
