This cute pet store is indeed tiny, but full of love, and aims for finding the best homes for the animals they have in their care. When I stopped in, they had an English Bull Terrier, English Bulldog, and American Bulldog looking for a new home, as well as kitties (which are also housed at the Purr Ground) nearby. I love how much effort they put into getting to know the animals in their care, as well as taking care of any health needs. As for picking up supplies, they have a decent amount of cute accessories for dogs and cats to check out.

Got the run around, they do not even understand ADA rules, including training, they are not trainers and have no experience in understanding how to evaluate a dogs abilities, they use fosters to give reviews. I asked if any of them had training certificates, no response. They quit answering my emails, I had made a donation to their rescue to help them as they are a non profit run by volunteers, after not liking my emails they refunded my donation with out my request, I asked for a call from a manager owner, even supplied them with my number, no response. Maybe the owner could call me. I would like to leave them a better review.

She says yea. And then goes off on a rant that she doesn't answer her person phone often because she receives calls of people always trying to buy her house or sell her stupid shit. I said oh ok I understand but that was very unprofessional of you, I do not wish to purchase a dog off a business who doesn't know how to be professional or answer a phone call like a decent human being. So I then hung up. I would never speak to anyone that way regardless of the circumstances. Learn to be respectful and polite. Completely put me off and definitely will NOT EVER be buying a dog from this place. I'm editing my review because after a couple minutes my mom said she wanted to try and call to get information about the dogs. Because again my mom is interested in buying a puppy. So my mom calls says hello good morning I was wanting to get some information about the golden doodle puppies you might have. the same woman answers and says oh ok sure but can I call you back in a couple of minutes? My mom said sure not a problem and then the woman hung up. LITERALLY 1 minute goes by and I receive a message from this woman (I have attached a photo of the message) saying nice try! I did reply and then blocked her. Never in my life have I ever had an encounter like this. The woman then proceeds to call my mom back (I have attached a photo of the phone call as well that she called back) (as you can see she called back & the call lasted 14sec bc she was a COWARD & hung up) and say to her that she is not going to sell us any dog because I called and hung up on her, and that she should tell her daughter to not be a bitch. The woman proceeds to hang up. So I blocked her on both my mother & I's phone. Completely UNPROFESSIONAL and RUDE! We were only wanting information about the puppies! I filled out her form to submit a deposit and had a few questions. Basic things you'd like to know before agreeing to spend $5000. Such as "how much will he weigh?". "I know the type of color and coat I'd like. Does the puppy I selected fit what I'd like?" and "might you have a photo of what he would likely look like fully grown?". I get a reply with her daughters Venmo info and nothing else I kindly asked again about my questions (thinking maybe she didn't see that part) and I get a dismissive reply saying she's too busy and suggests I find another breeder. Every other breeder I've reached out to who are surely equally as busy as Lisa have had absolutely no problem answering a few simple questions before taking my money because they want you to be happy with your puppy. As that is best for the pup and the owner. Her pups are $1800 more than almost any other breeder in the country. I'm not sure why, but it's definitely not because of their outstanding customer service. 2 stars instead of 1 star because she was at least clear that she won't communicate with you until you pay up. Lisa, I took your advice and have placed a deposit with another breeder.

After seeing that, I immediately gave her a call. My wife and I had recently lost our dog and we were ready for a new puppy. After speaking with Kenni on the phone, completing an application and screening, and getting approved to adopt, we were ready to meet the puppies! I really loved and appreciated the thoughtful approach KPF takes to talking with potential families, making sure those who ultimately adopt from them will provide lots of love and the right care and environment for the animals they take home. When we went to visit the puppies, we instantly fell in love with Frederick, who we renamed Pasha. Since adopting with KPF, we have been working with their head trainer, Eran Shine, and Pasha is thriving! Eran has an understanding of dogs that is unmatched and his method is unique and effective! We are so grateful to KPF, Kenni, and Eran for bringing Pasha into our lives and ensuring his transition into our home and family is smooth for everyone.

The level of care provided to kitties at national Cat protection society is just amazing! The detail in which the have to cater to each cat is amazing! She said you can't just get five dogs and say their service animals. She said why did I get the animals in the first place if I can't afford them. She initially knew she was not going to try to help me. I realized this in her tone and then when she said that they were not going to help me. Then when she added no one will help me. I did make a complaint about this to her supervisor and when I spoke to the supervisor about this, Laura, she defended Beverly by saying, it is uncommon to have more than one service animal.. Then she says, Beverly speaks to multiple people a day and she's doing the best she can. I said I understand that, but when she is working with the Public, she has a responsibility to treat people professionally and with respect. However, as soon as I said this, Laura cut me off and spoke over me right away. This was when I said responsibility, that is when she started speaking over me. She said, we are allowed to ask invasive questions because you're calling us for financial assistance. She also implied that they are very selective in who they help and turn most away. I told her I had no problems answering the questions asked of me, however, most of the comments, wording, and tone Beverly used was unprofessional, and showed discrimination towards me as someone living with a permanent medical condition. Laura then tried to put it all on me, asking if I read the requirements for the assistance and their policies etc. I said yes I did, but Beverly didn't let me get a chance to confirm that I was looking for assistance that would make me eligible to be assisted. She was still defending Beverly, because the issue was discrimination and unprofessionalism, not if I read about their policies. Furthermore, please practice caution when reaching out to this facility given the information I just provided. It's always good to ask for help when it's needed, however, sometimes the people offering that help play a sort of God complex and try to make you feel bad for asking for the help. This is the experience I had with actors and others for animals. Ultimately, this business said they could not help me. The supervisor ended up emailing me referrals. That was one positive take from the experience. It is not clear why they could not assist me. They did not offer an any type of assistance just referrals so that's not good on their part.
