The staff at Stargate took it upon themselves to get a rotisserie chicken so that she would start to eat again and feel better. I also love that she gets one on one playtime with the staff and that they send photos everyday during playtime! Highly recommend.

They did not have the common courtesy to call me that morning and ask if I would like to reschedule. When I called at lunch to inquire about a pick up time the groomer could not commit to a time and said, " I would be mad if the dogs were not ready at that time." Also, the groomer lied to me and said my dogs were started on - nails and furnishings trimmed - but when I picked them up my dogs were untouched. I addressed the situation with management but they did not seem to care.

First, the vet tells me he has a heart murmur, which really surprised me because he had been going there since we got him as a puppy to 7 years old as of last week and that condition was never brought up before. She did ask to do an x-ray to see if she could see anything about the heart before we had to take him to a dog cardiologist. She comes back and tells me he "might" have a murmur but the breathing was due to pneumonia. I had to then authorize another test to be sent out to find out what kind of pneumonia he had and was sent home with the lowest type of antibiotic until then and a $580.00 bill. Unfortunately, he passed away two days later. I don't understand how she didn't see he had so much fluid in his lungs and either do something to relieve that or keep him for observation. When I called them to tell him he died, all I was told that she was sorry and then transferred me to the receptionist to tell me MORE charges to take care of him from there! We took him to Imperial Animal Hospital instead where they had more compassion and lower prices to offer us during this difficult time. I will NEVER take another one of our animals there again. I feel the vet was very negligent in fully diagnosing his condition at that time. I have not heard another word from them and plan on disputing the charges with our credit card company.
