Went for AYCE wing night with 4 other friends. The deal is amazing - for $11.88, (that's including tax) you can eat all the wings you can fit in your belly. They also have a great selection of sauces for you to switch it up. We also tried the egg rolls (thank you yelp for the coupon) they were phenomenal. Food great, service not so great. I got there at 6:30pm, at 7:10pm, I had no wings and no water. We had to stop another server to get service. If we needed to reorder, it forever to arrive. Yes, they were busy but we saw everyone else's food keep coming out while we waited. As soon as I approached the bar to get my pitcher of water refilled, then they started paying more attention to us but we were over it by then. The sad thing is the people I was with go every single Wednesday and said it was normal for the bad service but that they were going to pick somewhere else to go instead. Pumphouse is also stuck in the stone ages where they still allow smoking in the restaurant. I came home smelling so disgusting. Overall, if you go- enjoy the food at the bar because they pay more attention if you are there. If not, expect great food but horrible service. Oh! I highly recommend the dry rub! Just went to walk in at 9:40pm. Bouncer at the door never said a word, but was being grabby with my purse. Finally figured out he wanted to search it. All you could ask for in a lunch place. Not fancy at all but food was good, the staff wore masks and food came promptly. It was not surprising that the parking lot was full at one thirty pm. Just had a burger plate, but others had meat and threes. I wanted to get a chicken plate but was told it would take 25 minutes to prepare the order. I was irritated at first, but then I realized that they were going to cook the order fresh. No chicken out of a hot bin that's been sitting for an hour or more. Speaks loudly about their food quality. All looked good with generous portions. Did I mentioned the prices? Check the menu. Very reasonable. Second time here and I will be back. I dont even know how to word this without sounding like a psycho but, heregoes.. I came in literally 5 minutes ago, my friend ordered a round of green tea shots, three ways the bartender insisted it be four ways for another bar guest for whatever reason, my friend who is too nice wasnt even able to say no. The bartender Hannah sneezed about 12 times (not even exaggerating) while making our shots. I attempted to order a beer from her even after she contaminated our shot, and she blatantly IGNORED ME, rolled her eyes and walked away. She was also seen taking shots of fireball with another customer moments before. I work in the industry, and I'm a 50% tipper, your loss sis. I do NOT recommend. read more

I want to start to say this place has potential, but on most nights seems to miss the mark for anyone that isn't a regular. The food coming out looks pretty average and pours on drinks seems to be erratic with some too strong and other all mixer. The highlights are its one of few places to go on northside of Greenville and most of the TV's are usually working for sports viewing. There are some decent bands weekly and karaoke. Yet if it wasn't for the entertainment from time to time I wouldn't have much motive to go back regularly. Service for me has been real miss or miss mostly, but have seen certain "friends" of bartender get served very well or excessive. I agree with a few other reviews that if they got all the smoke out, cleaned up the bathrooms, and had a bit more attentive service to all patrons then this place could grow by two stars. That was the best $11 ribeye steak. The atmosphere is very casual with pool tables, college paraphernalia, state license plates, and more. As new comers we were nicely greeted and had impeccable service. They have daily specials, live entertainers, and host karaoke night. This is a jeans and beer place that has great food and service. If you want to pay a cover charge just to get a drink and leave before the band you've never heard of plays, this is your place! If you want to smell like smoke for days, get on over there! I paid at 9, had a drink and closed out my tab at 10, before the band began. I nicely asked the manager if I could get my cover charge back. They must be desperate for money. What a great little barn of a tavern located near the Paris Mountain! Greenville sure has a lot of delicious, local dives. From Fitzpatrick's on Laurens to the Parkway Bar & Grill on Batesville (actually in Greer btw), this place is no exception. From my first visit, I had amazing service and some of the greatest and cheapest hot wings known to man. The cooks didn't have all of the sauces on the menu, but they're doing the best they can. I had 20 wings; half of which were a dry rub, and the other were plain hot. Now, while the wings weren't the hottest in the world, they had a great flavor. Where else in the area can you go and get 50-cent wings on a Saturday night? Nowhere else that I know of! There's a couple of pool tables, a punching bag, and a "Target Toss Pro" arcade game that's all kinds of fun (it's like Golden Tee and Silver Strike Bowling, basically). Not Dave & Buster's, but it's typical bar fare. Only thing missing is a jukebox. Where's the dang jukebox? I would say definitely stop here if you don't want to put up with lousy Woodruff Road traffic and bad service on the weekends. I love wings and am constantly on the search for the best wing. I have found it here in their Famous Dry Rub wing. It is amazing with their blue cheese. I come here every Saturday for the 50 cent wing deal, which you can't find anywhere nowadays. They also have a really good ribeye steak deal every Tuesday for $10! All of their food is good. read more

This is a great lil bar with exceptionally good food . It's very reasonable . AYCE wings on Wednesdays and they have a lot to choose from, I love the dry rub and the garlic and ok let's be honest , I like them all. Great burgers and really good steak too . It was weird even before the 75 person motorcycle gang showed up... Poor service, average food, and very very loud country music. We could not even carry on a conversation, but I'm guessing that's not what most people go here for. We were expecting a sports bar similar to Buffalo Wild Wings or Ale House. You open the doors and the dining room is right there. no entrance or any sort of welcome. The place was empty except for a row of people at the bar who all turned and looked at us simultaneously. Half way through our meal, a huge crowd of motorcyclists showed up out of nowhere. The music got louder, and the service got worse. I was waiting at the bar to pay my bill, since it never came, and started talking to a guy. Explained that we didn't like the music, and were done eating, so we were going to leave. This man, an old white guy, remarked that we should come try "Nigger Night" (his actual words). We are white too, but this is extremely offensive to me and my husband, and I hope it would be offensive to anyone else. Needless to say, we will not be back. read more

I Love the uniqueness of the restaurant and how it sits on the river. Great story behind the building of the restaurant.
