We scoured the area for a quality shed builder who could not only provide slight customization to suit our very specific needs, but also match the exact dimensions we were seeking in a shed. We found two that were rated the highest within NC, one of them being BAS Buildings. Unfortunately, we were unable to get immediately on the build schedule with BAS so we scheduled a build with their main competitor. We were pleasantly surprised when we were told BAS had an opening and could get us on their build schedule. We immediately cancelled the other build and scheduled with BAS. Working with BAS on the shed design and specs was not only easy, but it was also a very pleasurable experience. This is a family business that treats you like family and trust me when I tell you, they know how to build sheds! They used the highest quality of materials and made shed building look easy. On top of the single layer of pine pellets, I lay a good amount of pine shavings. You get these in very large bags each for 8 bucks and change. Since I began using these, years ago, my cats' litter boxes stay odor free. No scooping. Just toss out and refill. The guys take those big bags out to my car for me. I really appreciate that. Stop spending a small fortune on expensive cat litter. Go natural with less maintenance and visit Hudson's Hardware. They have a great selection for all your animal loving needs!

The machines are easy to use but only take quarters! So you'll definitely need to come prepared with cash/quarters (at least $10-15 worth)! A XL wash is ~$8.50 (34 quarters) and the XL dryer is $0.25 per 5ish minutes. There is even a small cafe/juice bar next door that is open for refreshments! Very cute idea if you stick around and wait for your laundry to be done. 7/10 - I wish the laundromat would switch to a digital system so that you can transfer money to a card. It would be much easier than carrying around a bunch of quarters.

I can't even begin to tell you how joyful it was. Nowadays, everyone seems to be working on a very short fuse and finding anyone that is kind and patient is getting harder and harder. Dennis was just such a person. I am getting ready to move to Burlington (cue sad music now) and as I am slowly going insane with packing, I am finding more & more broken electronics that honestly have me wondering if I need to contact that TV show Hoarders. For real. I have a 42" TV, a 20" monitor, 2 computer keyboards, an old wifi router, a broken wii, a broken Hello Kitty alarm clock (don't diss the Kitty!) and an entire shopping bag filled with various plugs and cords. I wanted to take this to a recycling center myself however I have a fondness for compact cars & the TV just wouldn't fit. I didn't want to just dump the TV because I care about where I live & I know that TVs have a lot of toxic parts to them. I went online to get some advice (thank you Nextdoor) and was told about Anything with a Plug. I went online to visit their site & wow. It was SUPER easy to make the appointment & to prepay online with zero issue. They have a form to fill out but only if you need to declare what you are recycling. I found this out after I'd filled it all in. No worries, had a laugh with Dennis about it. I made the appointment via a phone call & all of this, chatting with a caring business owner, paying online, and the truckload of junk....all of this is costing me the low cost of $40. Yep. You heard me right. Dennis is coming by to pick all of this stuff up from my home....for $40. Y'all...if you have ever read any of my reviews you know that I will jump up and down trying to get anyone to listen & use a good local service. Well....here I am, got my jumpin' shoes on. If you have ANY electronics that need to go to recycling, why not take them to Dennis. Or, if you are like me, and hail to the compact car, give him a call! Give him your business!
