Inside the cat playroom
Annie F.

Writing this review both as a customer of the cat cafe and as an adopter. I first visited on a Friday afternoon after filling out the waiver online. Upon walking in, I was so impressed with the amount of stuff they had for sale from local small businesses. From baked goods to cat treats and everything in between, owner Rachel is dedicated to giving local small businesses who also love cats a place to sell their goods - it's incredible! If you want to play with the cats, you can choose between a 30 - or 60-minute visit, and you can opt to include a drink or baked good. We chose a 30-minute visit with one drink and one baked good, and for two people, it came to about $40. They have hot coffee and hot chocolate as well as two coolers with different drinks. For baked goods, they offer a variety of options, including chocolate, rice krispy treats, and much more. We walked back to the cat room and put on shoe covers before entering. Upon entering, we were greeted by so many different cats - they were all so sweet and had such different personalities. Some kept to themselves while others wanted to play. The room itself was clean, spacious, and had toys for them to play with. It was awesome! Of course, we fell in love with one of the cats and had to bring her home with us. We went through the adoption process, which was super easy, and took her home the following week. Rachel, the owner, and her staff were all so incredibly friendly and helpful. She runs an amazing business that is dedicated to finding loving homes for all of the cats. It's also a wonderful spot to support local small businesses in the process. If you love cats, you need to visit!

Our favorite place to go regularly! We have two kitties we have adopted here and they are the best. Great variety of shopping, lots of friendly cats and great sweet treats!

I have been to this location several times over the last year (since it first opened), and each time I had been impressed with the cleanliness and tidiness. Today was a very different story. As soon as we entered I could see that the place was a mess. Toys were all over the place, nothing had been neatened up, and the foam floor pieces were buckling in several spots. We arrived at about 2:30pm and we were the only customers, so it seemed odd that it was such a mess. The sand pit area is overrun with toys and the kitchen area was trashed. The round sitting bench that used to spin no longer does (we were told it broke), and there is a random metal climbing dome with a slide that has paper and tape on it, seemingly covering screws or something. For the price of admission (25.00), I can't say I will hurry back unless I learn that things are being better maintained. I never understand when places start to grow, but as they do, they let other things go. The appeal of the Littles Play Cafe was the trust I had in the cleanliness and maintenance, but today I lost my faith. I hope they do better, because when it is good, it's a nice place for little ones to play.
