Very good products. I love this place. Look forward to ordering more of their products. Thank You, Prepared Pantry!!! read more

Good products but the shipping is SO SLOW.... Website says that orders will process in 3 to 4 business days, but for my last two orders it has taken 7+ business days. And then -- even when they say they are getting ready to ship your product -- we still wait. I'd say a minimum of 3 weeks to get an order, but the credit card gets charged within seconds. They REALLY need to fix the shipping problems. It's going to make me stop ordering from them. read more

I placed an order sept 11, they charged my credit card and sent an email stating the order was received and to expect an update within 3-4 business days. It is now sept 30th. I have not received any communication from them despite sending repeated emails asking for an update and trying to call them multiple times. At this point I will cancel my order and never order again. Horrible customer service read more

Here is an update. I have refunded my order. The company is full of excuses on why they can't fill your order - e.g. The business was sold, we will ship when we get back in stock etc. Website advertises 4 business days to ship - Order Placed on 9/6/2026 and as of 9/25/2026 it still has not shipped. Customer Service is NOT a priority. It should be a red flag when they take your money BEFORE the order is shipped. Do not buy from these people. You will wait for weeks, except their excuses while you are strung along. They never have any intention in filling your order - I have no idea how they have been in business since 2006. Stay away read more

I've contacted Prepared Pantry for the last 3 months trying to get my order without a response from the company. No product or return of my money. they never answer their phone or email. Beware! read more

I have always had a wonderful experience with this company. When I order I receive my order when promised. I use the bread mixes in a bread machine and it comes out great. You can use the mixes in the oven as well , but I like a bread machine. I have purchased their pizza dough as well and it has a great taste. I highly recommend them!! I will continue to use them!! read more

I placed an order 13 days ago, I have not received any type of email or shipping information. I have called them 3 times with NO return calls, i have sent 2 emails with no return contact. I have not had the chance to taste the product beings this was the first order and probably the last order. read more

fraud alert!!! i never received my order and they never responded to my numerous emails! beware!!! i'll never order from this business again. read more

I have ordered from prepared pantry for the past couple years with no issues. I placed an order two weeks ago and have sent three requests for an update via their customer service email. They do not respond and they also have not sent the shipment. Their website states that they had a factory issue and would be about a week behind. The fact that they don't respond to anything on their customer service email tells me they don't care about the customer they have a place for you to contact them, but they don't respond.. very disappointed because they do have good mixes read more

I have been ordering from them for years and this month I put in a $90 order 2 weeks ago, they have not shipped it, they won't answer the phone, I have tried emailing them nothing, now I get to dispute it with the credit card company. Don't order from them! My guess is they are out of business or something. read more

I placed an order 12 days ago, never received it and never got an email it was shipped. I responded to the customer service email with my order number and never received a response. Ended up having to do a charge back at the bank and probably won't be buying from here again. read more

I should have reviewed Yelp prior to making my purchase. I received a receipt of my purchase, yet never received any notice of the shipping date. I also emailed "Customer Service" along with making no less than 25 calls to the company; I even left several messages and still haven't received a call back. All I'm looking for is a full refund. I would NOT recommend this company. What a shame. read more

I placed an order and was billed for it but never received any indication that it would ever ship. Billing before shipping is a scam beware

I can't say enough positive things about Prepared Pantry. The products are superior and no-fail. The service is amazingly fast. Our family are regular customers and plan on continuing. read more

Our family has LOVED their variety of cookie mixes over the past several years. Such a quality product and all ingredients (except egg & butter, etc.) are packed separately inside the package. Easy directions. Fabulous taste! Placing another order today! Fast shipping. Have recommended to friends & family. read more

Prepared Pantry is excellent. Their products, customer service and overall business model are excellent. I have been a customer for awhile and every order has been as represented, never a fail. Thank you Prepared Pantry. read more

I have ordered Prepared Pantry mixes for muffins, cookies, focaccia, monkey breads, popovers and pancakes. I love to cook, but I'm not much of a baker. I love these mixes because it really simplifies the baking process. So far, everything I've made has been delicious. I also want to say something about their wonderful customer service. I emailed a question and received a reply that same day. Additionally, my order was processed, packaged and delivered so quickly. After discovering this place, I find it difficult to browse their website without wanting to try everything. So far, each item has lived up to the detailed, mouth-watering descriptions. I'm so impressed with this company! read more

Everything I have had there is super delicious. I think my favorite are the pancakes. Who knew these simple packages would taste so good! I gave my coworkers each a pack of brownies for Christmas and they loved it! Yes there are a few bad reviews on customer service but this is a small family business with usually just one lady at the physical store and every time I have been there there is at least 5 people in line. Tack on top of that the online orders they receive and you have to give them a break. Yes, some reviews say they get email spam from them but it is often that domain emails can get hacked. read more

The Prepared Pantry - a chocolate cake on a table - Bakeries Near Me - Rigby, Idaho

I recently found this place online and love it! I've already ordered a ton of products and they are all so delicious! I don't think I'll ever buy bread from the store again! Shipping is fast and the cost is cheaper than a loaf of bread from the grocery store! Their bulk biscuits are a cost saver for sure! read more

I only order their products online but they arrive promptly and what I've made so far turned out excellent. Will continue to patronize.

OK I gave them 5 chances to contact me and they are ALWAYS in a meeting (funny!) I ordered something which came really fast, that was great but the cinnamon that I bought was open and 3/4 of it left in the bottle. I desperately asked if it was normal or something. Well I am not using it because I don't know and they lost a customer, not that it matters to them since after giving my number 3 times and 2 emails later no reply! disappointed for sure... read more

Very cardboard tasting Russian Bread and Rye. I have all unopened desired returns, and I was told they would sell my full price, for mark downs to other customers. They are totally sealed, and well under their 90 day promise! What's up with this? I won't ever use them again, and I wasted money, on Vanilla, other breads, mixes for sweets and cocoa. Now, they are marking down things, from returns? Unopened and perfect shape, as they delivered. Most reviews are old. Are they going bankrupt to refuse returns, and only will they resell, as mark downs? What about my full price, and the promises they make on site. Sad customer. read more

This is the best place to get all of your baking namaxingly great baking supplies and ingredients.

I just can't imagine buying my baking mixes (breads, scones, muffins) and Multi-grain flour, etc. from anyone other than The Prepared Pantry. Not only do I get a bunch of wonderful products but the Customer Service is fantastic! Dennis is right...Jennifer is a "Miracle Worker"...and has the patience of Job. I can't recommend this family owned business more! read more

I purchased 3 items from the prepared pantry store in rigby - two snickerdoodle cookie mixes and a buttermilk syrup pouch. I was blown away! The products were fantastic, but what also impressed me was the atmosphere of the store. They had free samples of flour-less chocolate cake, and the clean, well-lit storefront smelled AMAZING. There were about ten other people in line ahead of me, and the store was packed with people, but the staff people were efficient and friendly. Overall, I had a fantastic experience. read more

Very good results with the bread machine mixes from Prepared Pantry! I received these as a gift and will look into ordering more.

I like their bread mixes but they aren't cheap. Both my sister n I have ordered w me ordering about four times as much. They sent her a special cup n a recipe book n a few other little things. I got zip after hundreds of dollars. I usually add extra grains, 1 more teaspoonful of yeast, n extra butter to each bread. I will also add other stuff too. I always run each loaf on longest cycle n I will repeat the cycle once before it bakes. If u let it go thru just one cycle by itself it seems the bread is too heavy. I will continue to order from them but they are overpriced n I get the feeling after speaking to the owner many years ago he is not very generous or thankful to even his best customers. I will try looking on the net, if a better place comes along I will jump ship no problem. read more

My father told me about this place while I was visiting home a couple of years ago and I have ordered from their website in the past. However, I have to say while their products are good, the customer service is awful. I placed an order, never heard anything from them for 10 days and never got the products. I called to see what the problem was and they said that they didn't have one of the products so they were holding it. I asked why they didn't let me know? "Oh, I'm sorry" was all I got. No offer to rush it out to me or give me credit on a future order - they just plain didn't care whether they had inconvenienced a customer or not. Dennis should be ashamed of the way he treats his customers. Needless to say, I won't be shopping here again, and I will tell my family to seriously question whether to give them their business. read more

Their products are wonderful but I think the staff is overwhelmed and/or very poorly trained from a customer service perspective. I ordered half a dozen New York gourmet rye bread mixes (not inexpensive!) and every single pouch was missing the little bag of caraway seeds. I called the company three times and they completely ignored me. I'm also annoyed with their shipping prices, which have doubled in the past year or so. read more

I happened upon The Prepared Pantry's website as I was looking for items that I could have shipped to my house. Their products are amazing. Now that I have discovered The Prepared Pantry, I will be back to shop again, even when I do not need to shop from home. Try them. You will not be disappointed. read more

My wife and I heard about prepared pantry from a friend who went to BYU-IDAHO and she loved it. We got the pineapple pancakes with coconut syrup, and wow! I don't think I've had better pancakes! Seriously they're that good. We even bought packs for both of our parents. Anyway we have had an excellent experience from them; however we have not given them our email address. read more

I've been very happy with this business. The bread mixes are definitely yummy and worth buying. Also not all that expensive. I'm sorry the other customers have had logistic problems but to tell the truth I haven't had any; stuff shows up reasonably promptly and as ordered. Postscript 1/24/15: why is Yelp hiding my review? I'm really frustrated by this. This business has done well by me and they deserve to have my good review posted with the others. There is nothing in my reviewing record that should make me count as an "untrustable" reviewer. 5/10/15: In fact, this goes further. As of now, all the publicly posted reviews are pans. Then, if you click and ask to see the others, you get three further pans. Taking the option to click further, you get a wealth of five-star reviews just like this one. If you leave the Yelp site and Google "Yelp protection racket", you get some interesting hints as to what is going on. Hopefully these hints are of interest to law enforcement. read more

I will never go there again! They have really cute ads on the radio, but there is always "fine print" to their ads and you can't read fine print from a radio ad. This last visit, I called first to verify the ad, and still did not get the whole story. The deal was a free syrup mix with the purchase of a pancake mix + you got a free cocoa with a $10. purchase. When I called, it was yes, yes, there is a free syrup mix with every pancake mix purchased. Great Deal!! No not so much, it is only on the large size pancake mixes. Why couldn't they have said that when I called? I think they try to make the deal sound so great, so the locals will drive all the way to there store. I feel their are very deception!! They really don't need to be so deceptive- they have some pretty great mixes, but I will never shop with them again. read more

Really feel lucky that I stumbled on this company. My items arrived well packaged and early, though I was warned about purchasing items that could melt in this heat, I did so anyway. And yes, the chips were melted, lesson learned. But all is well, I was able to use what I could. I baked my items, used those chips and so delicious ! I can't wait to try more of their items! Caveat? Order chips in cooler weather! Very good! read more

My mother-in-law took me to the store in Rigby while visiting for Thanksgiving. They didn't have the bowl I wanted in stock, so she requested they let her know when more arrived, which they must have done because I received it as a Christmas gift full of brownie and cookie mixes. Unfortunately, the bowl had a crack. Since the box arrived in tact and the bowl was packaged well, I assumed it must have been cracked before it was sent. A 5 minute call to the store was all it took to have a replacement bowl on its way, received very quickly. I didn't have a receipt and there wasn't a packing slip in the box. The employee declined when I asked if they wanted to old bowl back. Amazing customer service! read more
