I have always had a wonderful experience with this company. When I order I receive my order when promised. I use the bread mixes in a bread machine and it comes out great. You can use the mixes in the oven as well , but I like a bread machine. I have purchased their pizza dough as well and it has a great taste. I highly recommend them!! I have ordered from prepared pantry for the past couple years with no issues. I placed an order two weeks ago and have sent three requests for an update via their customer service email. They do not respond and they also have not sent the shipment. Their website states that they had a factory issue and would be about a week behind. I should have reviewed Yelp prior to making my purchase. I received a receipt of my purchase, yet never received any notice of the shipping date. I also emailed "Customer Service" along with making no less than 25 calls to the company; I even left several messages and still haven't received a call back. All I'm looking for is a full refund. I have ordered Prepared Pantry mixes for muffins, cookies, focaccia, monkey breads, popovers and pancakes. I love to cook, but I'm not much of a baker. I love these mixes because it really simplifies the baking process. So far, everything I've made has been delicious. I also want to say something about their wonderful customer service. I emailed a question and received a reply that same day. Additionally, my order was processed, packaged and delivered so quickly. After discovering this place, I find it difficult to browse their website without wanting to try everything. So far, each item has lived up to the detailed, mouth-watering descriptions. Everything I have had there is super delicious. I think my favorite are the pancakes. Who knew these simple packages would taste so good! I gave my coworkers each a pack of brownies for Christmas and they loved it! Yes there are a few bad reviews on customer service but this is a small family business with usually just one lady at the physical store and every time I have been there there is at least 5 people in line. Tack on top of that the online orders they receive and you have to give them a break. Yes, some reviews say they get email spam from them but it is often that domain emails can get hacked. read more

Very cardboard tasting Russian Bread and Rye. I have all unopened desired returns, and I was told they would sell my full price, for mark downs to other customers. They are totally sealed, and well under their 90 day promise! What's up with this? I won't ever use them again, and I wasted money, on Vanilla, other breads, mixes for sweets and cocoa. Now, they are marking down things, from returns? Unopened and perfect shape, as they delivered. Most reviews are old. I like their bread mixes but they aren't cheap. Both my sister n I have ordered w me ordering about four times as much. They sent her a special cup n a recipe book n a few other little things. I got zip after hundreds of dollars. I usually add extra grains, 1 more teaspoonful of yeast, n extra butter to each bread. I will also add other stuff too. I always run each loaf on longest cycle n I will repeat the cycle once before it bakes. If u let it go thru just one cycle by itself it seems the bread is too heavy. I will continue to order from them but they are overpriced n I get the feeling after speaking to the owner many years ago he is not very generous or thankful to even his best customers. I will try looking on the net, if a better place comes along I will jump ship no problem. read more

I purchased 3 items from the prepared pantry store in rigby - two snickerdoodle cookie mixes and a buttermilk syrup pouch. I was blown away! The products were fantastic, but what also impressed me was the atmosphere of the store. They had free samples of flour-less chocolate cake, and the clean, well-lit storefront smelled AMAZING. There were about ten other people in line ahead of me, and the store was packed with people, but the staff people were efficient and friendly. Overall, I had a fantastic experience. read more

My father told me about this place while I was visiting home a couple of years ago and I have ordered from their website in the past. However, I have to say while their products are good, the customer service is awful. I placed an order, never heard anything from them for 10 days and never got the products. I called to see what the problem was and they said that they didn't have one of the products so they were holding it. I asked why they didn't let me know? "Oh, I'm sorry" was all I got. No offer to rush it out to me or give me credit on a future order - they just plain didn't care whether they had inconvenienced a customer or not. Dennis should be ashamed of the way he treats his customers. I'm really frustrated by this. This business has done well by me and they deserve to have my good review posted with the others. There is nothing in my reviewing record that should make me count as an "untrustable" reviewer. 5/10/15: In fact, this goes further. As of now, all the publicly posted reviews are pans. Then, if you click and ask to see the others, you get three further pans. Taking the option to click further, you get a wealth of five-star reviews just like this one. I will never go there again! They have really cute ads on the radio, but there is always "fine print" to their ads and you can't read fine print from a radio ad. This last visit, I called first to verify the ad, and still did not get the whole story. The deal was a free syrup mix with the purchase of a pancake mix + you got a free cocoa with a $10. purchase. When I called, it was yes, yes, there is a free syrup mix with every pancake mix purchased. Great Deal!! No not so much, it is only on the large size pancake mixes. Why couldn't they have said that when I called? I think they try to make the deal sound so great, so the locals will drive all the way to there store. I feel their are very deception!! They really don't need to be so deceptive- they have some pretty great mixes, but I will never shop with them again. read more

Really feel lucky that I stumbled on this company. My items arrived well packaged and early, though I was warned about purchasing items that could melt in this heat, I did so anyway. And yes, the chips were melted, lesson learned. But all is well, I was able to use what I could. I baked my items, used those chips and so delicious ! I can't wait to try more of their items! Caveat? I love their products. One of my favorite products is the pie crust mix. I also love the cinnamon chip biscuits, Texas corn cakes, frosting mixes, the baked scones. The mixes aren't cheap but if you watch for their sales, it makes them more affordable. The mixes make excellent gifts read more

My mother-in-law took me to the store in Rigby while visiting for Thanksgiving. They didn't have the bowl I wanted in stock, so she requested they let her know when more arrived, which they must have done because I received it as a Christmas gift full of brownie and cookie mixes. Unfortunately, the bowl had a crack. Since the box arrived in tact and the bowl was packaged well, I assumed it must have been cracked before it was sent. A 5 minute call to the store was all it took to have a replacement bowl on its way, received very quickly. I didn't have a receipt and there wasn't a packing slip in the box. The employee declined when I asked if they wanted to old bowl back. Amazing customer service! read more
