Brenda Hongham - The owner of the prep doc I found her on a legal paralegal website. She indicated via email and phone call that she could get a very vital document out ASAP. I will give her the benefit of the doubt it was a holiday weekend so I did not count that I contacted her three days prior to the holiday weekend. This morning July 5 she indicated via text she will have that vital document prepared for me this afternoon. At 6:02 PM I called her and after the third time she responded she sent me the PDF files of the photos I sent her needed for the vital document and yet on the phone in her uncaring mannerisms Brenda via phone statesI'm going to get this to you- at that point I Initiated a refund from her- Look I know business doesn't always work out between people but I trusted in Brenda and pre-paid her - I should've known better as a business owner- Brenda was very convincing she could meet a deadline that was critical for these documents- Brenda never follow through with her words. I am a trusting fool in ppl. I still believe there is good in people so there is my fault I would not ever prepay Brenda THE PREP DOC for any legal paralegal services she does not follow through and is very nonchalant about her business etiquette.
