When I saw the flowers at the funeral home, my heart sank. It was a small arrangement of almost all yellow, some purple and a little greenery. My bill was $82. They said they had the perfect thing and that they could offer us a 25% discount to bring the cost down to our budget amount, making our total $70. She received a potted hydrangea that looks like it came from the grocery store, with a bow stuck on it. These cost $12-$13 in the store! We will not be using this business again and feel grossly taken advantage of.

We were left scrambling to find another florist at 10 pm in the evening. We found one that said they could do it for an additional $25 delivery fee. 2 hours before the funeral they said they were on their way, an hour before the funeral they had not arrived, we called. And they said "we don't do funeral" how professional the didn't even call us to let us know (again had to wait for refund) Well we had less than an hour before our beloved mothers funeral and we rushed to Jennifer's Flower Boutique in Fortville. Jennifer told us to give her 15 minutes and it was the most beautiful boutique of flowers you could have ever asked for. The take away here is use a local flower shop don't use these online services because you don't know what you are ever going to get.
