Saw reviews but they delivered a beautiful, exact to the photo on their website, arrangement on the day they said it would be delivered. Person who answered in the shop was pleasant, courteous & kind. Ordering on-line is risky - take the time to call the florist. I've never been disappointed using this method. This arrangement had everything I could have hoped for - beautiful, tightly closed roses & white daisies to set them off. HUGELY disappointed and dissatisfied. Ordered flowers for my daughter's 21st birthday which I wasn't able to spend with her. Never delivered. First no record of my order. Then they told me they were delivered. Then said they were put in for the day before but still not delivered all while my account had already been charged for my order. Contradicted themselves multiple times in an attempt at weasling their way out of their mistake. Offered to put an arrangement together and deliver it a day late with extra balloons or flowers to make up for it. After I became emotional on the phone because I was so upset my daughter received NOTHING from me on her birthday, she quickly said they would refund my money and hung up on me. Very poor customer service. Poor communication amongst the staff. Poor follow-up of the issue. Will NEVER use nor recommend Toles. read more

I wish I could give a lower rating. This company gives both attitude and low-quality service. I wish other shops were more expansive to the Greater Indianapolis area. There doesn't seem to be any other option for Anderson and Toles certainly acts like it. You're better off going to Whole Foods and the dollar store to make your own arrangement. read more

Purchased plant arrangement online on a Saturday evening for a Monday funeral. The plants arrived early and the planter was much more elaborate than the online picture. They went over and beyond to make a gorgeous arrangement! I would highly recommend this florist for all occasions! read more

I used this business to send flowers. I used the online option to place my order but followed up my order with a call to the florist. The person who helped me knew the details of my order and even realized the delivery location I provided was incorrect and fixed it before I called. In my opinion that is exceptional service. My company placed an order for flower to be delivered to the funeral of our receptionist's mother. We purchased it online through The Sympathy Store by LifeTributes.com who has their flowers done by Toles. We paid $60 plus a $20 delivery fee for a large all pink rose arrangement in a teacup and saucer holder, very classy Victorian style. Instead, Toles Flowers delivered a very small arrangement of cheap flower (carnations, tulips, etc) in a butterfly ceramic jar. They did not call us to ask us if this was OK (and it would not have been!) Sympathy Store apologized and refunded us our money, but it doesn't fix the embarrassment I felt for our company being represented by those cheap flowers. I could've picked out something better at my grocery store for half that price. I would've given them another star for the refund, but I learned that at least 2 other people had their flowers switched like this at this funeral, and one person's was never delivered. I have to wonder how many others got the bait-and-switch and couldn't be there to check or remembered to check or didn't want to complain. They have to know this isn't right and to think this happens when people are vulnerable in their grief. Flowers were ordered online. Web site was decent. The problem was call from the florist. A message was left that I was not able to understand. Returned call, person that answered the phone still spoke in a barely understandable fashion. Finally got the info that my order did not meet the minimum for the area it was to be delivered. Gladly, I could pay extra (on top of the $15.00) and then they could deliver. Would have been nice to know this up front. I asked that the order be canceled. Waiting to see if that will be the case. I ordered flowers thru FTD,com and Toles florist is who fulfilled the order. I ordered an all rose arrangement. What was delivered to the funeral home was almost all carnations, lilies, fern fronds with just a few roses. What they delivered would have been HALF the price point of what I ordered due to the cheaper flowers used. I am so disappointed that I picked out a really elegant looking arrangement and they sent something so cheap (ugly) looking. read more

We have used Toles for years. I placed an online order. I got a call today from the florist telling me that the order would be almost $20 more than the original price..why I asked? They are not honoring the information on the website. The delivery fee is double what the website says and there is a minimum $ amount -which is not mentioned on the website. When I pointed out what the website says, she told me "I guess that needs to be changed", not that they would honor the website prices and have it changed. Seriously disappointed in the customer service from this well established florist. read more

My husband ordered a floral arrangement from Toles that was delivered to me on Dec. 24. A beautiful winter arrangement. The flowers (except the roses) lasted until Jan. 9 and the greenery still looks good. read more

My husband just purchased flowers for me today for Valentines day. He got a dozen light pink long stem roses. I have never been so disappointed in flowers. The have no color to them and they look like they are bunched up in a vase with baby's breathe. I guess it is the quality of the roses that is so disappointing. They have absolutely no color to them, they are so pale that you can hardly tell they are pink! Also, there is so much stuff in the vase such as baby's breath and greenery they look like someone was rushed when they arranged them and just threw whatever was laying there into this vase! When he told me that he spent 60 dollars on these roses, I am even more disappointed! I am tempted to just take them back to the store and get our money back. Ugh, I hate to sound un-grateful, I am very happy to have this gift from my husband, but I do feel like he was taken advantage of with this arrangement! read more

My husband ordered a very beautiful full looking flower arrangement for Valentines Day from Toles. It first began when they called MY cell phone to tell him the vase he picked out was sold out. One they ruined my surprise of getting flowers and two the vase they compensated for the sold out vase was basically a cheap looking milk bottle. The worst part was when the flowers arrived they looked NOTHING like the picture and it looked like they dug old wilted falling apart flowers out of the trash and threw them in a vase. He paid decent money and got garbage. When we called they basically said they can't be wilted they are "fresh flowers". They were so rude. They gave us $15 back on our order. I wish they would have came back and got the flowers. I can't even stand to look at them. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS GREEDY UNPROFESSIONAL "FLORIST"!! read more

Very disappointed in the funeral flowers I ordered on behalf of our company. I specifically said no carnations, gave them an FTD # of something quite large/attractive and when I went to the visitation and saw what was sent, it was nothing like requested. And it was very expensive so they made A LOT of money off this order. Felt like I was "taken". read more
