When any person goes to order a tres leche cake they will never be expecting a dry cake. Completely unheard of. Furthermore if the option was to order a dryer cake or saturated cake, why was that option not told to me when I placed the order? This is news to me. As I can see from previous responses from this business owner they are VERY confrontational which is just unfortunate. Taking criticism as an attack is ridiculous when the criticism is valuable because you can see where you're going wrong and actually fix it!

The shortbread cookies were beautifully decorated, and not hard or sandy at all. The cake was meant to taste similar to a rainbow cookie, an almond sponge cake with raspberry jam and a pudding like chocolate layer inside. Personally, I am not one for rainbow cookie or Italian cookies, but this was very tasty. The almond was subtle (still detectable) and not incredibly prominent, and the fillings inside complimented the cake nicely. The design of the cake was also so beautiful, I was so happy with it. Thank you for making my graduation special :)

A plethora of flavors and toppings, feels just like the frozen yogurt shops that used to be on every corner but are so hard to come by now. But, I think the best thing here is their ice cream!! Frannie's serves Longford's Ice Cream and it is heavenly. They have flavors ranging from the classics to more creative and seasonal. And the staff are always super friendly and helpful. I was told to go to "Neri's Bakery Products, Inc." for months. I never took the request seriously…read more That is until I was told I was going. It was the best decision I never made. There is parking around this massive building. They supply other business pastries. The entrance is hard to see if you're a first time visitor, such as myself. Nothing stands out about the outside, but trust me, it doesn't matter. Inside the bakery is wall to wall pastries. Pastries you know, and some, I never knew existed. Making a decision on just one is impossible. There are just too many great choices. The lady at the counter was wonderful and seemed to know the customers looking for treats. She laughed and joked with everyone. I asked for a recommendation and was directed to a spinach and cheese pastry with a flaky crust. I thought would that work? But I got before I could talk myself out of it. It was definitely the right decision! The pastry was, as advertised, flaky and warm. The cheese and spinach added something I wasn't expecting. I was completely blown away. My colleague recommended I try this bread he got and I did not hesitate. It too was worth the trip. I couldn't imagine finding something I didn't like. Would I go again, who am I kidding, I plan to move into the building. The selection is that good. I strongly recommend you come try it out, just don't make a mess in the corner with my belongings.

The bakery is small, the pastries are behind the counter and its hard to see what they have available through the plexiglass. The owner told me which ones they had and I decided to go with a butter croissant, almond croissant, and a cheese danish. Overall, I was pretty unimpressed with their pastries. The croissant was average.. almost felt like croissants you can get at grocery stores rather than a bakery. The almond croissant filling was very eggy though i appreciated how not too sweet it was. The cheese danish had white raisins maybe? at the bottom which threw me off as Ive never had ones with them in it and I personally am not a fan of raisins.
