There were a couple of hiccups on the admin side (they lost the credit card number we shared, delivery wasn't available) but I'd chalk it up to COVID constraints vs. business standards. Jennifer and her team were honestly so professional, and the final product was a HIT. Apparently Oscar is a less popular Sesame Street character. So instead of turning me down, she whipped up a creation that was amazing.
