A trusted referral led me to Thomas Pools, and I was able to meet with Ron (their designer/sales consultant) the same day. Ron arrived promptly and was extremely professional. He struck a great balance between being friendly and efficient. He took detailed measurements and, unexpectedly, also proposed handling the hardscape, drainage, and retaining walls for both my backyard and front yard. His broader vision beyond just the pool really stood out. What impressed me most was how clearly he explained the project and how quickly he sketched out the entire design by hand on the spot. It was a failed heater pump. I also needed a drain and clean since it had been some time that I had used it due to the heater pump issue. Her quoted price was fair and was NOT elevated after the service was performed, as some companies tent to do. Justin came, on time and was scheduled, replaced the faulty part and completed a very thorough drain and clean. The unit looked like new afterwards. I am very happy that I chose Spa Pros. Every time I call for help or service. The female that answers gives attitude and isn't helpful. She acts like you're interrupting her morning. Then says she'll call you right back then never does. Keep in mind. Even though your spa is under warranty. They charge a service fee of $200 to $300 to come out to your house and diagnose the warranty repair. So you're still out of pocket for warranty work. Would not recommend this company for anything. Shop where you'll get better service and a place that cares for its customers.
