As a real estate investor I am really critical of my vendors and have high expectations. Either you do great work or you don't. Either you offer great customer service or you don't. New Space nailed all of it. Their installer was friendly, engaging, and experienced. The large closet system I put in was done exactly how I wanted it and exactly to specs. Not only did he vacuum any construction dust, debris, etc. but he also cleaned the unit as well with a great smelling lemon cleaner. There was one minor thing wrong and he went back to the office and brought the right thing right away no questions asked. I would highly recommend New Space. One competitor I looked into had a significant amount of bad reviews on the BBB and social media. Other competitors tried high pressure and others were about gimmicks.
