Just returned back to the Poke Company after a few months. Ordered via Uber Eats where they had a BOGO deal, so I basically got two large bowls for about $22. Luckily I got a spot in the adjacent lot which is known for being pretty crowded and everything was ready for pickup at the appointed time. The poke bowls were well put together and very fresh. I got the salmon and spicy tuna combo along with a bunch of mix-ins and toppings including fresh jalapenos, ginger, pineapple Etc. The only thing that I didn't really love was the spicy tuna. It seems like changed the recipe or something was off. The fish had a weird texture and the mayo was a little thin. It was definitely not as good as it has been previously, hope this isn't a new thing. Overall though, still a good meal and still a good value with the two for one deal. I love coming here. Whenever I am in town this is a must get. The amazing staff that help make your bowls will answer any questions and are super nice. The food is always good with the quality being higher than other poke places I have been. Going so often I have tried every item on the menu and can say I am yet to find something I don't like. What a delicious and fresh poke spot in walking distance of Mizner! We loved making our own bowl. Since it was our first time we got all the sauces on the side. I think I could drink the carrot ginger sauce, it was incredible. Fish was fresh, all the flavors went well nicely. Def a nice place in East Boca and reasonably priced. read more

Good poke at a good price. The flavors/toppings were standard. They have the standard bases but also had the cauliflower rice option for an additional cost. We got the regular bowl ($11.95) with brown rice as a base and salmon for our protein. The regular came with three scoops of fish. Got all the toppings pretty much so it was a really large amount of food. My only negative on the topping is their use of the pink ginger. I like the natural colored ginger a lot better. Really friendly and quick service. We ordered and sat inside but they have some outdoor seating as well. Parking is available at the side of the restaurant in the next door strip mall. read more

More affordable than other poke spots. I went with the spicy tuna poke bowl and added toppings in. They don't seem to charge for extra toppings unless you're getting avocado which is nice. I thought the spicy tuna quality was just so/So. Definitely not terrible but heavily mixed with Mayo v just chunks of tuna. Very cute, bright, inviting place! Our server was so helpful with telling us how the menu worked. First, pick your size bowl (yes, another variation of a bowl place!) The size is determined by the amount of proteins you want. There is not a huge choice of proteins: Ahi tuna, spicy tuna, salmon, shrimp,and tofu. Pick your base: White or brown rice, kale, or cauliflower rice is $1.50 extra. Pick your protein, "mixins", sauces, and toppings Many of the "mixins" and toppings are complimentary and some, like masago and crab salad have an extra charge. I picked a regular bowl with brown rice, Ahi Tuna, salmon, hijiki seaweed, cucumber, edamame, pineapple, tempura flakes, masago, and crab salad. The sauce was a mix of the company sauce and eel sauce. The fish and every ingredient was super fresh and vibrant tasting. I thought the portions of fish were fairly small for the price (but consistent with the portions of other poke bowls I have purchased). Next time I would try different sauces and get them on the side. I found my sauce choices to be unpleasantly salty. There is a large selection of beverages including prepare milk teas with boba. We ate here because of the reviews. We ate at a poke bowl place in Tampa and it was amazing. So when we got back to Boca we were looking for the same experience. First off the parking is tricky. You will drive right by it on Federal if you're heading south. The parking lot is dark and none of the other stores were open. The server explained everything nicely and the food looked great. But when it was time to eat it it had absolutely No taste. I ordered the combo of white rice and cauliflower rice. The cauliflower rice was just grated cauliflower. Not cooked. Maybe that's how it is supposed to be but I wasn't crazy about it. They also charge an extra 1$ for fish eggs(roe) on top. We won't be going back. read more

I built my own regular poke bowl like so: white rice, salmon, edamame, cucumbers, seaweed, sesame seeds, scallions, and avocado with spicy mayo, tamari/coconut aminos, and wasabi mayo. Exactly what I wanted tonight. Something quick, light, and packed with tons of flavor. Another great option for build your own entree and is easy to navigate as a chipotle or bolay. Starting off with your base there are 3 options. I got half white rice and half baby kale. Will have to try the cauliflower rice next time. Then add in your protein in which I got salmon and ahi tuna, and as many mix-ins your heart desires. I got cucumbers, jalapeños, sweet onions, & hijiki seaweed tossed in the citrus ponzu and topped with pickled ginger, avocado, seaweed salad and spicy mayo. My regular bowl came to about $15. Not bad considering all the fresh ingredients going into it and it was super filling. I didn't even finish my bowl. So glad we have a new option to add to our list of quick bites that's not a pile of greasy heart clogging goodness. The bubble teas were ok. They were pre made with 3 different flavors. Coconut, green tea, and taro. The bobas were perfect but I wasn't that big of a fan of my tea. It was way too milky for my taste. My search for an awesome bubble tea place close by continues but definitely will be back for the bowls. Also, hubby the vanilla cream soda and one of the best cream sodas we've had so far. I get some of all the mixings with my poke. Last time I got spicy tuna, this time ahi. My husband got salmon and all three were delicious. Really nice, friendly staff. I was impressed by the staff as well. They place is clean and modern. They have plenty or indoor tables and a few outside. Parking is om the north side of the strip center. I was happy to find this poke spot when I was craving some fresh fish on my recent trip to Florida. My sister and I came here at about 2 on a Saturday afternoon and there was no line. Chipotle style ordering system here; pick what size, fish, and extra you would like in your bowl. We both ordered "small" bowls which were listed as $11.25/ea, however, our total only came to $15 for 2 bowls. Not sure if this was an error with our cashier or an error on the signage. Anyways, our total that day was relatively cheap.. About $7.50/bowl. There are 2 scoops of fish for a small bowl. We both chose the salmon and it was pretty good, it tasted fresh. I chose to have the "company sauce" accompany my fish. It was very good and had a lasting garlic flavor with a mild spicy kick. One star deduction here due to charging extra extra for masago and avocado.. And not just a little extra.. But literally $1 more for a few chunks of avocado. My favorite poke spot back home in San Diego does not charge extra for anything.. And gives you more fish. read more

Recently The Poke Co sent us a coupon for 50% off (code: SPLIT) What we received was indeed 50% off, both in price and quantity. There was no indication on the coupon of anything being reduced other than the price. Normally our bowls are filled to almost the rim. But this order was a mere fraction of what we usually get. The Poké Company is a new installment of the growing dining options that allow you to build your own entree. Here you build your own Poké bowl. As well as making your owm bowl they do have a few signature options that you can order. You pick a size (large or regular). Next is the base (w. rice, b. rice, salad and cauliflower rice for an upcharge) I picked brown rice. The protein option (ahi tuna, spicy tuna, salmon) I went with spicy tuna and salmon. Then the sauce they mix in the fish I did the company sauce. Then you pick your veggies and they have some premium options like avocado for an upcharge. Lastly they will drizzle the bowl with additional sauce if you want. The Poké bowl was good. My only complaint was the bowl had SOOO much rice. After I ate all the good stuff had a ton of rice left that I tossed out. Next time I will probably opt for the cauliflower rice or salad. I took my bowl to-go and noticed as I left a dispenser of spicy mayo and eel sauce. Pretty much the best thing I've ever seen in my life! read more

pretty cool spot for a grab n go sushi bowl. They even prepare the bowls custom for me similar to my hawaiian roots in waikiki. Really well done and the owners are super friendly and cool with dogs coming into the restaurant for ordering and checkout. I tend to get the traditional tuna with an extra scoop. I think all they need is a "ponzu" sauce tube that I can add at the end of the bowl or available for customers and it would feel like hawaii for sure. Excellent, Easy and Healthy. Conceptually similar to other build-a-bowl restaurants. 3 sizes - Small, Regular and Large ranging from $8.95 - $14.95. To be honest, I bought Regular, but you can ABSOLUTELY be more than satisfied with Small. My Regular was split into 3 meals, so that tells you something. After size, you pick your base (various rices or kale), protein (tuna, salmon, shrimp, tofu), and for free you can add a range of mixins, sauces and toppings. Avocado is extra $ though. If it's too overwhelming to build your own, they have their own bowls with the ingredients pre-selected. Extremely good quality ingredients all around. Nice atmosphere with hightop, communal tables, and it's kept clean. One of the better BaB restaurants in town for sure. read more

So fresh with so much flavor! This is definitely a spot I would like to dine at once a week. Prior to eating here, I've been here once for boba tea. They had three options and they were kind enough to let my friends and I sample all three before we placed our orders. I decided to come back to get some food this weekend as the restaurant we wanted to go to in Mizner had no parking! So frustrating circling around. We opted to come here instead as I remembered they had a parking lot that was pretty open. I was highly impressed with the quality and service during my trip here. Going down the assembly line, one individual helps you build your bowl from beginning to end. Since it was my first time, he let me sample anything I wanted. I tried the cauliflower rice and decided to choose white rice instead. I also sampled the krab salad and it was amazing. Definitely need it in my bowl. The only con I would say is that there isn't an all you can build price. There are additional add ins that will cost up to $1.50 each. I actually didn't even realize I added in something that cost the extra $1.50 (seaweed salad). Most poke bowls actually come with seaweed salad. Nevertheless, I had both tuna and salmon in my bowl with the company sauce. Amazing. Also, a huge portion. I had trouble finishing the entire thing and I ordered a regular for $11.95. Popped into this place sort of by accident. We saw the sign for a new BBQ place from the road, and decided to drop in for lunch. Unfortunately, it was not open, still under construction, so we took a short stroll to see what was nearby. We came to this store, and couldn't read the sign (it's in a hard to read font), but it looked interesting. Sort of a "Chipotle" style design your own bowl! And it looked really nice. You pick a size bowl (small, regular, or large), select from a few bases, then add proteins, and toppings. I picked a regular size, white rice base, which came with two different proteins (note that a small is plenty big for lunch). I selected tuna and salmon as my two proteins, but they also have spicy tuna, steamed shrimp, and tofu. I added a whole bunch of mix-ins, toppings, and sauces, (you can get as many as you want). The end result was a delicious meal that I really enjoyed. Can't wait to try them again (although I hear they are planning a West Boca location, which is better for us) soon! read more
