Thinking there was no way I'd get help on a Sunday night, but I'd best call anyway, called The Plumber Man, Jaden picked the call right up, and had someone at the house within an hour and half, as they were finishing another job. Work was done thoroughly and professionally, family had water to clean themselves up before bed, and the rates were very fair! I had a leaky shower handle and I was told there would be a $50 diagnostic fee over the phone. When the plumber arrived, he said the cartridge needed to be replaced. The price went up to $350. Then the plumber had to go to Lowe's to get pliers because he didn't have any. The owner of the company then called me and told me the valve needed to be replaced and it would cost $2,200. I said no, and he tried to charge me $1,000 to replace the cartridge. I said no, and he went down to $600. The price kept changing. I still don't have the valve replaced and there is a hole in my wall. The owner then threatened to put a lien on the house if I didn't pay the $350. Please do not hire this shady company. read more

DO NOT CALL ANY OTHER PLUMBER!!!! I thought I was gonna be in real trouble with a leak from an upstairs shower to the bedroom below, with water ponding in the garage. Fortunately, I called Jayden and he returned my call within 10 minutes. Easy up front $89 service call, and said that he'd have a plumber to me within the hour. I asked him to send someone with experience, he said, "I only hire guys with 10 years or more experience." Let's GO! Within an hour, Chris showed up. Man, when I say this guy is hard working, I am not kidding. He was patient and listened to my DYI HD level diagnosis, as I explained the symptoms, etc. He was thorough, genuinely interested in solving the problem and discovering the leak, and was willing to work with me to finally determine that the upstairs shower wasn't the issue, it was a water softener with a leaky drain hose in the wall of the garage! Chris was covered in dry wall dust from cutting open and climbing up into my ceiling and inspecting the floor from the underside of the upstairs bathroom, sprayed with water when I hit the regen cycle on the water softener, and in general, was sweating his ass off working to help solve my issue. When he got Jayden on the phone, he gave me such a good deal, I won't compromise his business by sharing it here!!! Let me tell you, I was expecting to pay THOUSANDS. Not even close! Eddy outlined options on how to best repair the water main break, which was going to be a big job. The crew worked like a well oiled machine, working together to complete the job in one day.
