**I DO NOT recommend this center.** Unfortunately, my experience has been VERY concerning on several levels. The Director's behavior appeared unprofessional and inappropriate at times. For instance, there were instances of discussing certain parents with other parents, as well as requesting personal information in ways that felt invasive.
Inclusivity was a significant concern. My child was often excluded from class activities, and there seemed to be discriminatory behavior toward students with disabilities or those on the spectrum. I observed a lack of understanding, support, and acceptance, which is critical in fostering a positive environment for all children.
The learning environment also raised concerns, as students were frequently assigned worksheets that did not align with their developmental stage. Health and safety were also an issue, with frequent illnesses occurring, followed by misplaced blame on families for bringing sickness to the center. Furthermore, when I decided to withdraw my child due to these concerns, the Director responded with what felt like aggressive behavior and intimidation.
This experience left me feeling that the center prioritizes revenue over the well-being of the children and families it serves. I hope this review can help families make informed decisions when considering childcare options. read more
