The selection is incredible. They have everything- indoor plants, outdoor plants, trees, shrubs, succulents. Whether you're looking for something small for a windowsill or larger trees to transform your yard, they've got it. And the prices were honestly great, especially for the quality and variety. I loved it so much that I brought my husband back the very next day, and we stocked up on even more plants and trees for our yard. The staff were friendly and helpful- they carefully wrapped up our plants so they wouldn't make a mess in the car and even helped load everything into our vehicle. That extra level of care made the whole experience even better. Safe to say we'll definitely be back again. Highly recommend if you're in the Austin area and love plants!

My fiancée was excited to treat me to some replacement plants from the store that stated it all and got me a gift card. We drove up to Plant Party last weekend and were shocked to find out that the brick and mortar store that used to be there is completely empty. This was pretty confusing to us because the website said absolutely nothing about this status of the store changing. Neither do any of their social media platforms. We drove home disappointed and my fiancée reached out to the store owner to ask about how we could get our plants because my store gift card was for the in-person store. We were informed that we could either get a refund or use the credit on the gift card towards the online store. Unfortunately, the options on the site were pretty limited and the store online has a 75 dollars order limit, which was more than we were intending to spend (hence the 50 dollar gift card). As such, my partner decided to reach out again to try and get her refund. It has been several days and several attempts of contacts later and we have heard nothing. So my partner has filed a claim with her credit card company. To say we are extremely disappointed with the service is an understatement. We really had such fond memories of Plant Party prior to this, but this entire situation has definitely soured our opinion. Update: We have still not received our refund, and we were never communicated with that the refund would be going through until I posted this review. I feel like there is a general struggle with communication. I understand that business close and go, but based off of their social media and the website, one would not think that the store was closed and that led to multiple issues on our end. We drove all the way to Austin to try and support a business we both enjoyed just to find an empty store. Clarity would have been greatly appreciated.

Now I understand why the restaurant's food is so good. This is small but flourishing garden. The corn appears to be struggling with the heat but all other garden items appear to be thriving. With such high temperatures in Austin, totally understandable. Este provides complimentary valet parking , so my friend and I were able to seat in the garden and chat more. That was a nice perk. The garden is free to the public ($0).... Great value! In we encountered another couple in the garden. The wife was enamoured with the figs.

There are such cute things being sold here and also some really unique pieces. There's variety ranging from matcha whisks to fancy candles to handblown glass from Mexico here. There's a wonderful selection of home goods (incense, bath items, skincare, kitchenware, etc), gorgeous pottery (I bought myself a beautiful mug that actually originated from a studio in the SF Bay Area, where I live - but the studio is not open to the public!), stationery and much more. I felt like there was a good range of prices and there was plenty that was affordable. The staff was very kind - the lady who rang up my items dropped the travel watercolor palette and immediately went to get me a new one "just in case". So nice! I definitely recommend this store and would be here all the time if I lived here!
