Hands down the best pizza in Davison. Huge menu with lots of options. They offer a 24 inch giant and it's the party hit! Terrible customer service! I've had 3 orders Wrong and the last one was on Father's Day when I placed a $70 order. I was missing a pizza but I had family & friends over so I didn't get a chance to call them until Tuesday afternoon. I spoke to Derek (manager) who told me they couldn't take care of the issue because it was WAY too late! is this a joke? I have a job to go to and family to care for so I didn't get to it until 2 days later during business hours!!! .... Not 2 weeks later!!! I did ask to speak to the owner which he informed me his name was Aaron... but Derek said Aaron was in his office and I would have to physically come to the store to speak with with him. What happened to the Pizza Company guarantee? The pizza was under-cooked (very doughy), the hamburger topping didn't taste right and it tasted like it had anchovies on it (though they said it did not). We had ordered a large pizza and they did give us a replacement - but they gave us a medium with bacon instead of the hamburger since it was bad. The staff was not very friendly about it either. Wish I could give them zero stars. Worst customer service I've ever experienced. Ordered a large pizza, a medium pizza, and 12 wings that came to $52. The medium pizza was thin crust, they sent a deep dish with bbq sauce on it which was not what we ordered. When called and told them that the order was wrong they said ok, but we'll need the wrong pizza back. Which we were fine with, but there was one bite taken out of it and when they found that out they said they can't replace it with the right pizza because there's a bite missing. I talked to the owner of the place and told him I'm so confused as to why they can't replace it because one bite is missing and his exact words were "I can't stay in business giving away free pizzas". Obviously $52 is to much for for a large and medium pizza and wings but it's whatever, was cool with it, but not replacing a pizza that they messed up and for the owner to say that, idk, I'd stay away from this place. I am officially in love!!! I felt bad because for our first time here, we ordered about a half hour before they closed. I 99% of the time hate being that person, but I couldn't get a pineapple pizza of my head (I also usually don't care for pineapple on pizza). My bf finally yelled, "just order!! Every single time we order from this place (which is relatively often, as we desire to support local business) the food has been three to four hours late and absolutely ice cold. I don't know who we pissed off at the store, but I've ordered from other addresses and it arrives on time. The service is frankly awful. When you call the place and expect to get a hold of someone you are instantly placed 'on hold' and get to wait ANOTHER 15 minutes to actually speak to someone. When I lived in Michigan, the Pizza Company was my go to pizza joint. Well I shouldn't say go to as I usually had the pizza delivered, but you know what I mean. They always had great deals and Jason, the pizza delivery man, is the best! My dogs usually hate delivery men, but they were always SOOO excited to see him, even if part of it was the smell of food, lol. It also makes me remember that we usually tend to order food more often in bad weather. I certainly did not want to go out and drive in it, but Jason always had to, but did it with a friendly attitude and I can appreciate that! Love the pizza and bread. We eat in a lot, they have drinks and a place to eat. They also deliver but easier to eat there. They have a points program but you have to keep this card every time you go in. Not a very good deal cause 95% of people loose the card before they get the points.
