And then I thought maybe she confused me for someone she knew. That was not the case either. I said, "This is a restaurant, isn't it?" And then my husband tried to defuse the tension by making a joke about turtles eating jellyfish. It was all just awkward and weird, but she was just the greeter, and we sat and ordered drinks and a pre-dinner appetizer. The waiter was not a particularly happy person either, so after the app, we paid our bill and went to another restaurant for dinner. Best Yum Cha in Brisbane!…read more We turned up to this restaurant at lunch time on Sunday and it was full and there was a seemingly endless queue. Despite the queue we didn't have to wait long for a table and it was well worth the wait. We think that it was the best yum cha we've had in Brisbane. The servers were friendly and the dishes were all lovely - it was also very reasonably priced. I would certainly be happy to bring my Malaysian-Chinese mum here!! If only he could sell some famous Watties sauce to top it off. Then, I think I would end up living there.
