The Ink Flow had the best prices on their website compared to any other on-line vendors. Louis responded immediately to my order, explaining that there would be a slight delay in shipping. (These days, the supply chain is bumpy due the pandemic.) He kept me informed about new stock (colors) that I wanted and was very gracious. They completed it in under 20 minutes for less than $20, with zero attitude and zero drama. The staff there were genuinely puzzled as to why anyone would refuse such a simple request. Minuteman Press apparently has the luxury of turning away easy money and treating potential customers like inconveniences. If you value basic competence, transparency, and being treated with respect, take your business elsewhere. Kinko's will actually do the job.

There are a number of shops at the Pearl, but this appears to be one of the more unique ones. The store feels a bit whimsical and little fantastical. You can find t-shirts, jewelry boxes (not traditional ones but one with Día Dos Muertos faces), stickers, coffee cups, to name just a few items. I almost bought one of those ceramic jewelry boxes, but I talked myself out of it as I have several jewelry boxes without a lot of jewelry. Their prices are very reasonable, so your dollar goes a long ways in this store. The store staff was super friendly and helpful. They can point you to the specific part of the store where you might have an interest in their goods.
