I was guided to Lidia aka Luna at The Pink Crow twice this year, and both experiences felt divinely aligned and ancestrally supported. Her space is warm, welcoming, and immediately grounding. You can feel the care and intention the moment you arrive. Lydia holds sacred space with deep intuition, allowing energy, insight, and ancestral wisdom to flow naturally. Each session brought healing and clarity, helping me better understand where I've been, where I am, and what my path forward looks like. I left feeling lighter, aligned, and more trusting of my inner knowing. Luna is spiritually connected. You leave knowing what she's shared and revealed was exactly what you needed! read more

First, and foremost, Lidia provides outstanding service, and quality facials at The Pink Crow! She delivers customized facials, and adjusts based on your skin's needs. I've never experienced facials like Lidia's anywhere else. She includes healing and energy work in your facials. It's a beautiful experience and a safe place to assist in your healing journey. The products she uses and sells are clean products. And it's such a beautiful salon! A very calming, and inviting environment. Definitely, a unique experience. Prices are comparable to current market prices but you just get so much more out of your appointments with Lidia than you would at any other spa or with any other esthetician. Gift certificates are available, also. The holidays are coming quickly. Lidia gave me a lot of her time and TLC. Thank you! read more

Lidia is the most powerful, grounded healer I have met and I don't say that lightly (I work in the wellness space). Not only is she very incredibly powerful but she is also kind, straightforward and immensely skilled. If you are feeling blocked or caught in a cycle go in for a service and your skin & psyche will be glowing in no time. read more

Where have you been all my life?!? I was about to celebrate my 40th birthday and had never had a facial, so after reading all her amazing reviews and checking out her space, I knew I'd be in good hands in sharing my "first" with her. She was patient, explained every single thing she was doing and gave me after care instructions to maximize the effects of all she had done. Even my teenage girls were so shocked to see how great my skin looked, that they too want a facial of their own! THANK YOU so much for my glowing skin but more importantly, for sharing your beautiful gift with me. I really wish I would have taken a before picture so you could see the difference. But don't worry, I'll be back! read more

Received the best service! Lidia has a beautiful office and it was so calming to be there! The atmosphere and her presence brought me peace. Very knowledgeable and suggested what was beneficial for my face. Definitely will return! read more

I had a facial with Lidia and it was amazing! I'm pretty sure I fell asleep for a few minutes: it was that soothing and relaxing. My almost 50 year old skin is showing it's age but she made it feel and look like baby skin by the time she was through. My blemishes were blending in, skin was firmer, and looking radiant. She takes her time and is thorough, in addition to being extremely knowledgeable about all things skin care. Lidia is very patient, asks lots of questions to understand your skin care needs, and knows just the right procedure for your skin type. I wish I had known about her sooner! Looking forward to practicing self care and being pampered by her as often as I can. read more

Let me start by saying I was long over-due for a facial. I love to have "pamper" days occasionally and frequent day spas in the Sherman Oaks area. I had come across her Instagram page and it looked so serene, so I made the drive to Paseo Colorado in Pasadena. I booked an appointment online with Lidia for a reiki facial. I had never had reiki. I didn't google it or do any research, as I wanted this experience to be totally pure. OMG. It was extraordinary!! The facial so peaceful... and reiki was amazing. During the facial, Lidia was so kind and thorough, explained the steps and products being used. I was able to completely immerse myself into the calm energy of her shop. It's so beautiful!! Post reiki, she was so patient with me and explained the session to me. Lidia is so talented and gifted. I am looking forward to enjoying her services again! I wasn't too familiar with the plaza, so here is the scoop: The shop is located inside Salon Republic, across from El Cholo Mex Restaurant and Bodega (If you're walking up from Colorado Blvd, go up the stairs by H&M). They validate parking in the underground lot, too. read more

All I really can say is I'm definitely coming back when I visit !!! I loved my Pero Like Facial, my face felt so good and new. I don't use much products nor do I trust a lot of people to help with better my skin but this was great ! I felt so comfortable with Lidia, she so great and funny. I felt relax after my mini trip to Long Beach. read more

Just got a classic facial with Lidia, and I'm so obsessed with my face right now! It was such a great experience, booking was made simple online and she confirmed the same day. The space is great, parking was easy (usually challenging in Pasadena), and clean. I can not rave enough about the actual facial experience, not only did she do a great job with my skincare but truly makes it an educational experience and explains every step in the process. As a product/skincare aficionado, I really appreciated this because I came to learn what my skin really needed. She's so attentive, I have a coconut allergy and she carefully read through all the products used and even looked at the inactive ingredients to make sure that I was safe. I swear within a couple of hours I walked out with my face clear, no undereye circles and a facelift (i swear my cheekbones were lifted)! She also carries the best goodies, as a more conscience shopper I appreciated that the items she carries are from local small business owners. I walked out with a couple of sage bundles and new products to add to my regimen. This was all around an amazing experience, can't wait to come back next month! read more

I came to see Lydia for a hydrating mask and OMG was it amazing. She is so knowledgeable and sweet. I got a facial for my wedding and she was very considerate about my timeline and what I needed to be photo ready for the big day. Her place is beautifully decorated and so serene. I was able to relax and let go. She was very flexible with me and even threw in a free wedding gift. She uses state of the art technology. Honestly, I felt my skin moisturized from the inside, refreshed and radiant. I am looking forward to my next visit. read more

Looooved my Classic Facial with Lidia. The whole process was calming and lovely and she uses wonderful products too. Also I left with my skin looking smooth and vibrant which was so much better than all those other facials I've had that left me looking red and blotchy afterwards. Will definitely come back for more. read more

Lidia has an incredible gift and I am extremely grateful she is who I had my first facial and first reiki experience with. The shop is a cute and cozy room which feels extra special because it's just you and her. I loved the everything about it but especially the heated bed, soft blanket, and lights above the table. Lidia has such a grounding, kind, and welcoming presence. She was easy to talk to and made every effort to make sure I was comfortable during the facial and reiki. I loved how she explained everything she was doing. She was very generous with me as this was my first facial ever. I felt my face was in SUCH better shape after seeing her and I definitely want to go back. Getting reiki done was an added bonus that I didn't know I needed. There are certain things that happen in our lives and people you meet on a certain day or time that were meant to be and this was one of them. Lidia truly touched my life. I HIGHLY recommend seeing Lidia. You won't regret it. I'm excited to go back soon! read more

Everything is Delicious. I had a classic facial but it's so much more than a facial-It's more like an upper body experience! It's truly something I never had in any other facial I did before. Extractions were not even painful, the cooling gel was amazing, the face mask is beyond my expectations, everything smelled delicious and felt pretty amazing on my face. Lidia was very professional for what she did in whole session. She didn't make it like a routine, she made me feel very special. Oh Man....Can't wait to go back. I was literally glowing when I left. read more

I enjoyed the whole experience. Lidia was super nice and she just has a calming presence. My skin has never felt so good and nourished. I would definitely come back for a facial and reiki. Lidia is absolutely incredible! My experience with Reiki Intro had me mind blown for days. As a first time reiki session, Lidia explained what would happen, how, and when. Highly intuitive to the point of answering questions as I was thinking them. The energetic experience was something I've never felt before with/through anyone in my life time. It was ethereal! Lidia provided an in-depth review answered any and all questions thoroughly, provided tips for my daily interactions and struggles as a newly discovered empath. Lidia you are magic and brilliant! I highly recommend a visit to the pink crow to anyone willing to do the work, wants to feel energetically aligned, lighter, and clearer in mind, body, and soul. read more

I had a Reiki session with Lidia @thepinkcrowshop and the experience was out of this world! There has been a lot of turmoil and confusion for me this year so I was in much need of clarity and guidance. Needless to say Lidia provided a light for me during a very dark place and time, or maybe just helped me realized my eyes weren't even open. I highly recommend, not just Reiki but Reiki with Lidia! She is one of the sweetest beings I know and she is so easy to talk to. She has a welcoming spirit and nonjudgemental personality. If you haven't had Reiki well try something you have never done to get an experience you've never had, plus contempt prior to investigation will keep a person in everlasting ignorance. Many products available to purchase which includes my absolute favorite SAGE BUNDLES. Parking available with about 90 minutes free (with validation) You can walk around El Paseo before or after your session. Great experience read more

Ok, so I just received my first facial at The Pink Crow with Lidia and OMGGG it was an amazing experience. Lidia did such an amazing job of getting to know me, getting to know my skin background and asking the right questions. During the facial she did a phenomenal job of explaining every step, what she was going to do next, the purpose and what products she was using and what for. For someone who's never had a facial this was great! Her studio is amazing! I felt super relaxed, and I loved how it was just her and I, the vibes of the studio were super warm, calm and welcoming. As for the facial, I loved it! The face massage, extractions, masks, all of it, felt amazing! My skin feels so clean, fresh and I'm glowing! 10/10, would go back again! read more

Thank you to Luna for giving my skin the love it's been lacking for so long. I'm not big on make up let alone skin care. Due to a horrible facial experience before, I swore I would never get another facial ever, But I decided to give this place a try and it was the best decision I ever made. Not only does my skin look better it feels amazing. Luna explains every step of the process and is constantly making sure you are comfortable and are having a great experience. Luna is truly a great gifted healer, she is so kind and genuine and I always feel at ease and I can be myself fully when I'm in her vicinity. She takes the time to explain the entire process of what would happen before/during/after our session. I always try and come in with an open mind but I always end up focusing on one thing that's bothering me at the moment but I always come out feeling completely different from when I come in, she brings things up that I had buried deep down. She's very intuitive and puts her all into really getting a feel of what is going on. She told me exactly which of my chakras that needed the most work and helped me cut ties with whatever I needed to let go of. I originally came in trying to get clarity about work and self-love and got that + more. Without saying anything in our session, she was able to identify my areas of concern and she would tell me things I've never told anybody before. I was very fortunate to have her help me release emotions that I have had since my boyfriend passed away a little more than a year ago and she was telling me things only me and him would only know about. It really was CRAZY in the best way. I honestly can't thank her enough for giving me the type of closure I never knew I needed. (and know that I've talked to mediums, monks, yogis, etc... before, that haven't given me anything close to what Luna has) It was such a positive impact, with everything falling into place and progressively feeling at peace. Words cannot describe the incredible experience I had. I still have chills. Thank you Luna P.S. her pink aesthetic and sage bundles are EVERYTHING!!! read more
