I attended the Midweek Women's Circle held by Dr. Winnie Wang last August 5, 2026 while I was still in LA. I have had this hip problem for awhile now, a referred pain due to my knee problem. I have difficulty sitting down on the floor and they were kind enough to give me a chair to participate during the circle. Dr. Winnie is very warm and talented, she figured out the pain I am feeling and how it is related to other body and mind issues that I was experiencing. I started the session having a pain factor of 7/10, but after it I could say it lessened to a manageable 4/10. For anyone visiting, please ask for directions in advance as it was a bit confusing for me to find the entrance, but thankfully Dr. Winnie's staff was very responsive. Overall I would recommend this experience and if I ever find myself again in LA I will definitely come over for another visit. read more

I've been actively doing healing work and seeing various lightworkers and acupuncturists in the last decade, so my standards are naturally pretty high. Having visited Dr. Winnie twice now, I can honestly say I am blown away by her care. What makes Dr. Winnie truly special is her rare blend of science and intuition. She takes the time to explain the physiological science behind what's happening in your body, but she's also deeply empathetic, intuitive, and attuned to the spiritual side of healing. In just two sessions, I've been shocked by how much I've been able to process, work through, and learn about myself. I feel incredibly supported and empowered with clear tools to move through my blocks. If you are looking for a practitioner who meets you on both a grounded and energetic level, look no further. I recommend Winnie without a single doubt--I'm already sending all my friends and family her way! You'll be so glad you took the chance. read more

Dr. Winnie Wang has been a truly unique part of my healing journey. What stands out most is her intuition. She often picks up on things I'm experiencing without me even mentioning them. It makes every session feel very personalized and thoughtful. I originally started seeing her for tennis elbow and was introduced to Reiki as a complement to my acupuncture treatments. I wasn't sure what to expect, but I ended up really enjoying it and found it to be a valuable addition to my healing process. I've been working with her on my fibroids, and I feel encouraged by the progress so far. One of the most meaningful things I've learned from Dr. Wang is that healing isn't just physical, it involves the mind as well. She has a holistic approach and often shares insights that resonate with me and make a lot of sense. Her treatments help me feel more connected to my body and more empowered in my own healing. If you're looking for someone who combines skill, intuition, and a truly holistic perspective, I highly recommend Dr. Winnie Wang. read more

Winnie is truly gifted. She has a way of really getting down to the root of your pain which for me, had nothing to do with actual physical injury but from emotional weight/trauma. It was incredible once she identified that and the cathartic release I felt as tears rushed to my eyes. She incorporates western and eastern practices to bring a holistic approach. read more

Winnie is a straight shooter. She will listen and help you fix any roadblocks you may be facing.

I've had a couple sessions with Winnie. She is incredibly knowledgeable in her craft and takes the time to truly educate you any questions I've had, she answers thoroughly. She asks thoughtful, intentional questions to really understand the root cause of what's going on. Her approach beautifully blends traditional Chinese medicine with a gentle spiritual element. You can truly feel that she cares about her clients and their long-term healing, not just a quick fix. read more

I've seen many healers throughout my life, and Winnie is without a doubt the most incredible healer I've ever seen. She has an intuition with the body and mind that I have NEVER experienced with anyone else. I have had chronic pain for over 20 years, and from seeing her only twice I feel completely different. The way Winnie combines acupuncture with mental and physical healing and the shifting of energy is truly amazing and transformative. I recommend her to anyone who is struggling with any kind of mental or physical pain or energy imbalance. read more

A truly unique experience at Mindful Healing Heart. Winnie blends acupuncture with intuitive coaching in a way that balances her strong science background (with four degrees) and her natural intuitive gift. She explains everything clearly, takes her time, and focuses on balancing Yin and Yang for overall well-being, a refreshing approach to weight and body harmony. I also appreciated how she helped unlock suppressed creativity as part of the process. Not your typical session--much deeper and more personalized. Highly recommend for you to book an appointment to see her. read more

The Mindful Healing Heart space is clean and is very relaxing. Parking is easy to find in the back alley or on the neighboring streets. I adore Winnie's ability to receive deep insight into what is happening in my life... my body, mind, and even on the level of the soul. Receiving acupuncture from Winnie left me feeling rejuvenated and pain-free. I was not uncomfortable for someone with a bit of anxiety around needles, and she even made the conversation in our session funny and light-hearted which helped me relax. read more

I had a Reiki acupuncture session, and it was an amazing experience. She was incredibly intuitive--just by touching my wrist, she was able to understand exactly what my body needed. Acupuncture with Winnie was a wonderful healing experience, the next day I had such a resurgence of energy and felt completely renewed.

Absolutely LOVE working with Winnie! I appreciated her from the moment we had our discovery call, she reflected and shared all the things that resonated with me. I signed up for her in person all-inclusive soul heart mind energy body healing. Before seeing her I had been experiencing fatigue and not being able to sleep through the entire night in a long time. After this session, I was energized the rest of the day and mindfully fell asleep that night and slept a solid 9 hours without waking up once! I also feel grounded, empowered and motivated to effortlessly make healthy lifestyle choices since my session with her. Highly recommend working with Winnie!! read more

Winnie provides a much-needed personalized treatment combining a range of approaches, including acu, reiki and healing bowls. Something that is hard to find these days, even in oriental therapies, is the healing power of communication... active listening. It is rare to find a practitioner that wants to get involved to understand the cause of your dis-ease. That was not the case with Winnie. She made sure to check in with me at the beginning of every visit and if what I needed that day was to have a chat and maybe cry it out, Winnie made sure to make space for that. Definitely recommend her. Thank you Winnie! Xoxo read more

I went to Winnie after having a heartless acupuncture experience where I was told nothing could be done about my condition. When I went into my consult with Winnie, she said all of things could be resolved with consistent acupuncture and it may take up to 6 months but I've had many clients with conditions with yours. She is fairly priced and very kind. read more

The first time I saw Winnie was two weeks postpartum. I had trouble sleeping, and Winnie came to my house with her doctor kit. That night I slept like a baby. Since then, I have seen Winnie for many other reasons. I have had multiple surgeries done on my knee before, and due to the muscle atrophy, it creates a lot of imbalance in my body, causing a lot of aches. My shoulder and forearm also hurt from carrying a now two year old so I visited Winnie a few times in her clinic. It has been able to make me feel better and relieved each time and I even got my husband to see her too! My husband does not "enjoy" Chinese medical & Accupunture as much as I do but he can feel the relief on the spot. Now during the pandemic, Winnie wears a mask and a face shield and I saw her sanitized from the door knob to "my" phone and of course the treatment bed. I feel protected and safe. Thank you Winnie, for the healing, inner and out. read more

I'm so grateful to have discovered Winnie! I'm a psychic and energy healer as well, and I went to Winnie because I was having trouble overcoming and releasing energy from a traumatic situation that occurred at the beginning of this year. Winnie is truly gifted. I received an energy healing in combination with acupuncture, which made me feel so much lighter following our session. I would recommend anyone interested in a healing whether for energy healing or acupuncture. She is very in touch with divine energy, which I can feel the love that flows through her during her sessions. Namaste! read more

I was looking for treatment for Bells Palsy and had read all the great reviews and decided to give Winnie a shot. This was the first time trying Acupuncture or reiki and wasn't sure if anything was going to help ease the BP since I've had it for about 4 years. Winnie was straight up and told me that there might not be much she can do given the time but that we can give it a go. I have completed 4 treatments and feel wonderful!! This is the first time since my diagnosis that I truly have relief from my face. I greatly appreciated what Winnie has done for me. One of the best things that I like and respect is the balance of Western Medicine, Chinese and Spiritual healing. Winnie is very respectful of your beliefs and does not force anything one you. I fully believe that one must have all things in balance, so I asked for the works and was not disappointed! That allowed Winnie to look passed the Bells Palsy and tap into other aspects that I believe aided in my recover. If you're on the fence give her call and get a feel for who she is. read more

I wanted to write another review on yelp in addition to google just because my experience was so amazing and I am still feeling the effects and am following your advice. Winnie was amazing. This was my first time undergoing Reiki and it was one of the best things I've ever done for myself. After my session my heart felt open and my anxiety greatly lessened. I feel free. She is very wise and caring. I will definitely be back. Thank you Winnie! read more

Winnie's brand of magic is fast acting and powerful. I am thankful, from the bottom of my heart.

I have been seeing Winnie Chang for 6 months now. I love getting acupuncture as a monthly tune up. Last year i was hit by a car, unfortunately left with a broken leg, broken arm, torn meniscus and herniated disc. Winnies touch was very gentle and effective to those sensitive areas that have been healing. Lets face it in these times of crazy up and downs we all need special TLC, Winnie offers her patients love and intense knowledge with every needle she applies to my body. She is highly skilled not only as an acupuncturist she is trained in meridian theory, touch therapy, meditation, breath work and sound healing. Each session is unique in its own. I have decided to sign up with her monthly tuneup programs. I was so transformed my husband has decided to set up a series of appointments to help with his glitchy knees.......... Do yourself a favor get a weekly appointment with Winnie she booked up fast so get on her waiting list.... read more

From the moment I walk through the door, I have fallen in love with the healing space. This place has really good energy, from the music, to the plants, and of course, the healing calligraphies. Winnie is a mindful healer and she is able to combine acupuncture and reiki. With all the stress of starting a new business, I was feeling a little off and was looking for some chakra rebalancing. Winnie found pain in my body that I didn't even know existed, and helped me release them using acupuncture points. Her intuition helps her understand the needs of my body. When the treatment is finished, I feel so calm and harmonious, just like her! And I loved this gift read more

I have had the privilege of being treated by Winnie. She is professional and attentive. She is in-tune with the subtleties of disharmony in the body and goes in and helps make adjustments using acupuncture to restore the harmony. My first visit was due to lower back pain. She had me lay face down and she did a physical exam over by back and checked my posture. Before starting treatment she first help to adjust my body so I was laying in a neutral and aligned position. She said it is necessary to have the body in correct alignment before inserting the needles to help reinforce the effectiveness of her treatment. And she was right. I felt so much relief from her treatment I am confident in leaving this review as well as sending friends and family to see Winnie. Thank you. read more

I was interested, but not sure how well Winnie could work from a distance. Her intuition is spot on and I was really surprised by how well and effective our distance session went. She was able to diagnose and treat my ailments both from a Chinese medicine perspective and otherwise. She was able to work on acupuncture points from a distance and I could feel energy moving through my body and a sense of relief when we were on our call. She gave great advice, explanations, and herbal and nutritional remedies that I can take with me moving forward. Winnie was amazing and I really recommend her! Given these times distance is the safest alternative for us to stay healthy and Chinese medicine has so many solutions for pandemic illnesses. read more
