I wish I understood more of the differences between the classes. Usually I just go based on the time of day. Only bummer is they rarely have classes from about 1-5. Seems a dead zone.

The workouts are challenging and the infrared light and heat is an added bonus I can say the Infrared light has lowered my high blood work numbers!! They have Hitt classes and other virtual instruction classes as well. One of my favorite parts is they're never closed. It's a 24 hour a day seven day a week.
