The Pilates Hub is a boutique contemporary Pilates studio in Seattle’s Green Lake neighborhood, built around thoughtful movement, exceptional teaching, and genuine connection. With just eight reformers per class, our instructors are able to know their clients, offer individualized attention, and adapt the work to the person in front of them.
We believe great Pilates is more than following a sequence of exercises. Our instructors understand the body, the intention behind the movement, and how to challenge each client appropriately. Whether you’re brand new to Pilates, returning to movement, navigating pregnancy or postpartum, or looking to deepen an established practice, we want you to feel welcomed, seen, and challenged.
Along with small-group reformer classes, we offer private and duet sessions, specialty classes, and comprehensive Pilates teacher training. The Hub is a place to move well, get stronger, keep learning, and feel like you belong.
History
Established in 2021.
Nathalia owned Seattle Pilates Collective for four years, after that closed at the height of the pandemic and with a newborn in tow, she opened The Hub within weeks of closing the old space. One that is a truer reflection of her purpose.
Pale pinks. Warm mauves. Sand and sun. You’ll recognize it immediately when you walk into the Hub. It’s a warm embrace. Like coming home.
And in this home, we’re focused on optimizing how you move. Fluidly. Functionally. You’ll notice it in every detail. Not just the colors, but the flow of the space, the hint of desert blooms, the music in the air. They’re all intentional, orchestrated to embrace you, to help drive your own exploration of the movement of your body. We always say all bodies are good bodies. And The Hub is where you can help yours realize its potential.
