I saw this spot on Instagram and knew I had to check it out and it did not disappoint. Such a fun little experience. It's not just pickles either, there's a bunch of different things to try and look at. I loved that there were a few areas to sit and hang out, plus some cute merch to browse. They also have a sampling area, which made it way easier to figure out what to get (very necessary). But honestly... the highlight was the $2 pickles on a stick. I got the garlic one and I'm not exaggerating--it might've been the best pickle I've ever had.

Lots of flavor options

What's not to love about The Pickle Factory's second location in St Augustine. Amazing vibes, tasty treats, and great shopping. They have a parking lot + street parking.

I was driving into downtown St. Augustine and noticed this new establishment as I drove by. I decided to check it out on my return trip home. It is a big and bright store that sells all things pickle related, including food, clothes, toys, snacks and novelty items. They also have a tasting stand in the back of the store with tasting samples of about six items. Everything I tried tasted good. I ended up buying three jars of food, including beets, mushrooms and pickles. They were having a three for thirty dollar sale.

I took my girls here for a fun little outing, because we all LOVE pickles. The place is very cute and colorful and everyone is super friendly. We tried a couple crazy things like pickle salt water taffy (actually really good), and pickle flavored sour strip candy (my kids favorite). They had samples of some of the pickles and kraut which was nice. At the checkout they had 2 big barrels of pickles for pickles on a stick so we of course had to try that. I got garlic and the other 3 got dill. I'm so sad to say they were absolutely GROSS!! The pickles in the bags along with the sauerkraut were good, but those were just nasty. They had a bad texture and a weird chemical flavor. Overall though the place is super cute and fun for pickle lovers.

This was, by far, my favorite little discovery in St. Augustine. We were in town for the day and…read moreone of the musts is walking along St. George St. We happened to turn down a random corner walked down a hallway which was was essentially an indoor shopping area with several small storefronts. As soon as we approached this store I spied their jewelry display and made a beeline. No olives in sight, hence their name. The store is super cute and the owner, Kristen, makes use of every inch of space. She has been there for 8 months and hopefully will be a fixture there. The selection of jewelry as well as how it was displayed sucked me in. I couldn't believe the price points. I even made a comment to Kristen on how I couldn't believe how cute everything was (nothing tacky and gawdy) and how affordable. She said that being off St George St. and not directly on helps. I probably spent a good 20-30 minutes here talking to the owner about the area and also shopping. The jewelry was very reminiscent of Stella & Dot so I spent time trying items on. Kristen also offered her long mirror in her storage closet since I was too short to use the one on display. Lol There were also fair trade items, vegan handbags based out of New Orleans made out of cork! What amazed me were the items sold to benefit worthy causes such as the handmade greeting cards made by women in the Philippines to end human trafficking. I could've spent much more time here browsing but I had my husband in tow so it was out of the question. I HIGHLY recommend this shop for that unique gift. The owner is so very down to earth and was a pleasure to do business with. Hope her shop is there the next time I'm in town but until then I will get my fix via her website and FB!

Y'all. Okay, first…read moreoff there was a tee shirt that I wanted but I couldn't find it. The sales lady finds me one but alas, not in my size. She then tells me that she's ordered more and that they should be here on Friday, which was the last full day of my vaca. She takes my number and asks of its okay for her to text me and I give her my number, thinking there's no way she's going to get back with me. Wrong. She texts me and lets me know that yes, the shirt order is indeed here and she's pulled me one in my size. When I practically skip into the store to collect said shirt, this woman CALLS ME BY MY NAME. Who even does that anymore?!?! Needless to say, I was *quite* pleased with this little gem of a shop. I will be back next time I'm in town and will probably order online as soon as I get home.
