The Pho Restaurant is in my opinion one of the best pho shops in Ohio. I have eaten here several times and have always received the highest quality service, food , & drinks. The staff from the kitchen to the dinning and drink station have always been attentive, courteous, & friendly. The Boba selection is excellent & the desserts are great and fresh. They have the best, most flavorful , homegrown Thai basil too ! The Pho special with flank and meatballs is my go to , and the meatballs are not the Italian type that may come to mind but rather Vietnamese style meatballs which are meaty and perfect in the soup. The homemade sauces are another excellent tasting thing here. The fish sauce with spring rolls is delicious and the complimentary shrimp chips are always freshly made and addictive. The shop has always been clean and full of interesting decor. The building houses several businesses; a bar, nail salon, tech shop (used to , not sure if it still does, and a full service car wash & detailing business. Stopped in the other day to try their Pho it is a great representation of Pho, plus they have an extensive line of other Vietnamese cuisine,the staff was very informative very attentive our food arrived in a timely fashion. Food was so good! I love Pho and have been looking forward to trying it since a friend recommended it. I got the vegan tofu Vietnamese roll and the peanut hoisin saw was so good I could have eaten a bowl of that! My pho had beautifully cooked vegetables and the broth was perfect on a cold day. They also have a full coffee shop, boba tea setup, and an American burgers and dogs menu so everyone should be able to find something to eat. We will be back! read more

Was pleasantly surprised to find Pho in Jackson. The spring rolls and cheese wontons were fried a little too dark but were edible. The pho was very tasty but I had to ask for the plate of veggies that should have come with it. The stir fry noodles with shrimp were also tasty. We will definitely stop again. The food was inventive and were served in large portions. I'll have to keep returning just to try all the meals. The service was impeccable. The gentleman in glasses that waited on us was informative and energetic. He knew everything about the place and couldn't wait to share. The ambiance was surprising! This is one of the quirkiest places you'll ever eat, I promise you! Where else can you get a delicious meal, boba, a tattoo, a manicure, get your computer fixed, and your car detailed all in one place?! All of the people who work in the entire building have always been super friendly, and the food is incredible. There are little shrimp chips (like pork rinds) as an appetizer and they are so so good, as are the spring rolls which I always order. I love the Vietnamese chicken fried rice there- it's not like any other CFR I have ever had. Pro-tip: ask for the smash sauce with it. I promise you'll love it. read more

The atmosphere is definitely odd, but the pho was fantastic. You walk in and there are a bunch of old computers. Turn the corner and there's a nail salon across from a collection of superhero and comic book figurines and statues. Walk a little further in and on the right is the pho restaurant. Strange set up. There are like four (at least?) businesses in this one location. But the food was phenomenal. We will definitely be back. read more

They continue to add new great dishes to their menu. It's become a regular spot for lunch for me. So glad this is in Jackson, Ohio. Prior to opening, had to go up to central Ohio or Huntington WV for Pho. read more

Came to celebrate my 22nd anniversary. The service was excellent. The food was the best I've ever had. It is the Memorial Day weekend, but we came around 1 p.m., so it wasn't crazy packed. My pho was "phabulous," and they added beef tendon and tripe to add to the celebration. I am looking forward so much to our next visit. read more

This is some of the best Vietnamese food I've had in Ohio. The portions are very large and tasty. I've had the same dishes at restaurants in Columbus and the weren't as good. I highly recommend it. read more

The wontons were crispy but not too hard. lettuce was fresh and the sauce that came with it was delicious. The grilled cheese was melted basically perfectly cooked and toasted. The wings weren't that spicy but crispy not dry but highly recommended. I unfortunately didn't like the soup myself personally but it looks good the chives and green onions were fresh. The ribs were decent not too tough but very flavorful and left me satisfied. The rice looks fluffy fully cooked and the sauce was very delicious and has a nice little kick that tastes like habanero. The eggs were sunny side up with a comfortable amount of pepper and crispy ends. The table was clean, wiped down. the condiments were all full as well as napkins.they served glass bowls plates. The restaurant was organized and clean overall. 8/10 read more

Pho: The flavors of each spice were balanced and it was a good broth. This is a win already, the broth is most important. They have only 3 meats to add (beef, meatball, flank). I ordered the beef & flank PH2. I don't normally order flank because it's chewy, but they don't have the rare steak (Tai). The beef (chín) was good and the flank was tasty but chewy like I expected. Not having Tai is definitely a gripe. We got a good sized plate of the garnishes. Plenty of basil, jalapeño, and limes. They do not have sprouts but instead shredded cabbage is substituted. Personally, this isn't a big dent to me because I usually only add enough sprouts at a time to just add a little crisp. I don't pile on the sprouts like others may do. I decided to skip the cabbage. Their hoisin was typical hoisin but, the srirracha is either home-made or some off brand from Huy Fong. Which, I understand because of the chili shortage. By itself dropped onto a fish chip, it's good, but noticeably sweeter and more watery than the iconic Huy Fong green top. Typical with most Pho restaurants, they add broth almost to the bowl rim, so I do feel some guilt leaving broth in the bowl. Rice noodles were good, and held their texture to the end. Overall, it's good and satisfied a craving. I will be back next time I visit Jackson. The fried dumplings were good. But for almost $7 for only 3, I'd expect a nice dumpling dipping sauce. No sauce with these. The spring rolls were perfect and they came with a perfect pickled Thai chili dipping. The shrimp rolls were good. They use the correct rice vermicelli, not the cellophane noodles. The peanut sauce was off. It was more of a peanut flavored hoisin. It wasn't a typical brown peanut sauce. Fish chips were good and our kids even really liked them. The family in charge of the recipes are still in town getting this restaurant off the ground. So it will be interesting to see how much (if) things change when they return home. I've been spoiled with amazing and authentic Pho so I'm a tough critic. It gets 3 stars. If I graded on a curve, It would get a fourth star. read more
